Shillong of My Dreams Essay Competition 2015:
Shillong City is proud to be selected as one of the 98 cities for the smart city challenge. We invite citizens of Shillong to suggest measures to develop Shillong as a smart city. The smart city proposal will be based on the citizen choices and the acceptability of the proposal by the citizens.
