Important Information:
There will be Two Groups as specified above — GREEN GROUP (age 8 to 12 years as on 1St June 2015) and WHITE GROUP – (age 12 years 1 day to 18 years as on 1St June 2015).
Entry Fee Rs.10/- (Rupees Ten Only).
Admit Cards are to be collected at the time of submitting the Form. Please take the correct Admit Card and collect them at the earliest (First come First served basis).
Competitors should report at Nehru Children’s Museum along with their Admit Cards on Sunday the 28th June 2015 specified atleast 15 minutes before the commencement of the Painting Contest i.e. 11.15 a.m.
Competitors must bring all necessary drawing materials including one wooden board. Drawing paper will be supplied by the Narcotics Control Bureau of size 30 cm x 40 cm (12” x 16”). No paper/books will be allowed inside the Examination Hall.
Participation Certificate will be given to every participant. Certificates to the three winners in each group plus gifts to the winners.
Under no circumstances the guardians should have any dialogue with the competitors during the Contest. Guardians will not be allowed inside the Contest Hall.
Prize Distribution at Nehru Children’s Museum on Sunday the 28th June 2015 at 3.00 p.m. Results will be announced on Sunday the 28th June 2015 during the Prize Distribution Ceremony & displayed at Nehru Children’s Museum Notice Board.
The decision of the judges shall be final. No correspondence whatsoever shall be entertained.
