VDAT VLSI Design & Test Symposium 2015:
VLSI Design and Test Symposium (VDAT) started in 1997 is the flagship event of VLSI Society of India being organized in every May-June. The idea behind VDAT Symposium is to promote R&D on all aspects of VLSI and to act as a forum for free discussion on emerging topics of VLSI and related fields.

VDAT2015 is being hosted at Nirma University, Ahmedabad. The vision is to provide an active platform to present the research outcomes, share new research ideas, to learn, to discuss, to meet experts, to share experience & views, find answer to questions, to have hands on tools and to cultivate new thoughts for research scientists, academicians, practitioners and young students throughout the world.

Kindly note:
** Each accepted paper requires one full conference registration at the Author/Delegate rate (i.e. of the main author or any of its co-authors).
** IEEE/VSI members are kindly asked to attach the scan copy of membership card or to show their membership cards at the time of Registration on the day of conference.
** Students are kindly asked to attach the necessary proof i.e. a scanned copy of the student ID card and a letter from a Professor or Head of Department to confirm the student status at the time of conference.
** Authors of accepted papers are requested to note that if the paper is more than 6 pages of A4 size, the author(s) has to pay an extra amount of Rs. 1000/-(Indian Authors) or $25 (Foreign Authors) per page for the additional pages.

The CONFERENCE registration includes:
** Access to all sessions and to the exhibition area
** Conference Kit (may be exceptional for the student rate) and conference proceedings (may be available for download online)
** Lunch, breakfast and tea

The TUTORIAL-WORKSHOP registration includes:
** Access to the chosen tutorial (please chose tutorial and workshop considering the schedule as they may take place in parallel)
** Documentation (may be available for download online)
** Lunch (only for full-day of tutorial ), tea

The registration to the VDAT 2015 conference is solely possible with the registration fee payment via bank transfer. All bank charges have to be covered by the delegate. The registration for the conference is only valid after receipt of the full registration fees. If you have not paid the fees within the mentioned Last Date (April 30, 2015), the higher fee will apply.

Pl. download the registration form, fill all the necessary details, and scan the duly signed registration form.

Registration to Symposium account:
Pl. mail to vdat2015.registration@nirmauni.ac.in with appropriate subject line (registration for tutorial /registration as author of paper id _ _ _/ registration as delegate / registration as student) with following attachments:

Kindly mention your Unique Transaction Refrence (UTR) number and the name of the participant in scan document as well as in mail to vdat2015.registration@nirmauni.ac.in

1. Scan copy of Bank transfer receipt
2. Scan copy of duly filled and signed Registration forms
3. CRC ( in case of registration as author)
4. Copyright form ( in case of registration as author)
5. Scan copy of student-Id and certificate from HoD

Kindly note:
The participant will receive an official confirmation of registration to his email-id from vdat2015.registration@nirmauni.ac.in on receiving all necessary documents and transfer of fee in VDAT account.

If the conference fees have not been paid until the beginning of the conference, they need to be paid on-site in cash or by credit card with higher fees. Cheques will not be accepted. In such case, the corresponding paper may not be included in the souvenir/conference proceeding.

Authors of accepted papers will not receive any refund in case of cancellation due to the publication policy of accepted papers in the VDAT2015 proceedings (only those papers which are linked to at least one fully paid conference registration at the Author rate will be published in the proceedings).

If the participation of any tutorial/workshop is below 20, the organizer reserves the right to cancel the tutorial/workshop. In this case, participants will be informed in due time and receive a full refund of the paid fees.
