If you are a serious enthusiast, hobbyist, student of photography, an avid shutterbug or a pro, this could be your chance to win some cash prizes & participate in an online exhibition. You get a chance to showcase your talent worldwide through an online exhibition on our website that has an audience from across the world.

The Prize :
** There are three cash prizes. 1st Prize is of Rs.5000/-, 2nd & 3rd are of Rs.3000/- & Rs.2000/- respectively.
** An online Photography Exhibition will be organized with shortlisted entries at SignedPRINTS.net from 1st April 2016 to 31st May 2016.
** A catalogue will be published with the shortlisted entries after the contest period.

Conditions :
** The contest is open to Indian residents only.
** Employees of THREEDOTS Group/SignedPRINTS do not qualify for the contest.
** There is no participation fee to enter the 4th SignedPRINTS Photography Contest – 2015.
** Entrants are allowed to participate with a maximum of THREE entries each.
** Previous winners of the SignedPRINTS contest can participate this year as well. Deserving entries will be considered for the online exhibition and will be published in the catalogue. However, their entries will not be considered for the top three position of this year?s contest. Click here to see the past winners.
** The contest can be pulled off at THREEDOTS/SignedPRINTS discretion at any point in time without any prior notice.

Submission Guidelines :

Entries should be sent to contest@threedots.in with following details
** Full Name
** Date of Birth (DD.MM.YYYY)
** Mobile Number
** Email Id
** Postal Code (PIN)

Note :
Entries in the form of digital image files should be in JPEG format. The digital files should have 800 pixels in 300dpi on the shorter side & the file size should not exceed 5MB. An entry will be disqualified if there is any watermark, border and/or logo.

Closing Date :
All entries must be submitted latest by 15th February 2016.

Legal Restrictions :
** The entrant must be the sole creator of his/her photographs and must also own the copyrights and rights to reproduction of all pictures entered into the contest.
** It is the legal responsibility of the entrants and not THREEDOTS Group and/or SignedPRINTS, to ensure that publication/display of the photographs in print or electronic form by SignedPRINTS raises no legal claims at any future date.
** By entering your images into the contest, entrants agree to allow SignedPRINTS to publish/display their photographs, in print or electronic form, without payment, in conjunction with this contest even in future with due credit.
** THREEDOTS Group/SignedPRINTS can use shortlisted images for their marketing purpose with due credit to the photographer & without any payment to the photographer within next 3 years from publishing the result.
** SignedPRINTS will appoint a judging panel to determine the winning images.
** The decision of the judges will be final. The independent jury, THREEDOTS Group/SignedPRINTS will not entertain any correspondence regarding the judging or organization of the contest.

Rights of Usage :
** Every entrant will retain copyrights of his/her image.
** By entering your images into the contest, entrants agree to allow SignedPRINTS to publish or display their photographs in their social networking sites like facebook, twitter etc without payment, during the contest period (15th November 2015 to 31st May 2016).
** By entering your images into the contest, entrants agree to allow SignedPRINTS to publish a ?printed catalogue? with shortlisted entries.
** By entering your images into the contest, entrants agree to allow SignedPRINTS to exhibit their images in print or online in conjunction with this contest even in future.
** The images will be reproduced with due credit to the photographers.
** We need a signed print from the top 3 short listed entrants to determine the final results. The shorter side of the print needs to be 12 inches. The 3 winning images will be displayed on SignedPRINTS website?s contest section. The signed print of the winning entry that is sent for judging will be framed and displayed at the SignedPRINTS/THREEDOTS office and will be considered as part of SignedPRINTS collection. It will not be returned. Please note the copyright of the image will still be retained by the respective winners.

Judging & Results :
** Entries will be judged on the basis of interpreting and expressing the theme, along with the technical and aesthetic quality of the photograph.
** Winners will be announced on SignedPRINTS website on 25th April 2016.
** Entrants may be contacted via email/sms for a high-resolution JPEG or RAW file of their image and other details such as proof of age, for potential short listing purposes during the contest. Failure to produce such details or a high-resolution file within five days will eliminate an entrant from the short listing process.
** Entry will be cancelled if an entrant submits more than 3 images.
