Contest Period

This Contest will commence from 9th August 2020 at 9 am (IST) and end on 17th August 2020 at 11:59.59 pm (IST)

Who Can Participate?

You need to fulfill the following eligibility criteria to participate in the contest
i. You should be an individual legal resident Citizen of Republic of India.
ii.You should be of an age 18 years or above at the date of participation
iii.You must be the parent of a child within the age group of 6 to 14 years.

Note :
Our / the Brand’s employees, their immediate family members (spouses, domestic partners, parents, grandparents, siblings, children and grandchildren), and our affiliates, advisors, advertising/contest agencies are not eligible to enter the Contest.

How to Participate?

To Participate in the Contest, Participants can register via Call as per the process provided below

Steps :
Step 1 : Participants residing in India are required to visit www.cadburygemsofindia.com and follow the instructions there after to complete the participation.

Step 2 : The Participants will have to submit an artwork strictly prepared by using the Cadbury GEMS pallets ONLY, when they visit www.cadburygemsofindia.com, to be eligible for the valid contest participation.

Any other mode of artwork used for participation in the contest will not be accepted and hence would consider those participation as invalid participation.

Step 3 : After the successful participation, every participant will get an acknowledgement response and such entries will be considered for winner selection.

Note :
** The entry from the participants will have to be in English only.
** Standard charges for sending the entries will apply as charged by the Service Provider

Winner Selection

i. Regular Prize :
a. From the eligible entries received during the entire contest period, 90 best entries based on creativity of the entry & the creativity of the manner in which the artwork made, will be shortlisted for the regular prizes

b. The Weekly Winner will be selected by an external auditor from the list of eligible entries as per the Terms & Conditions received during the entire contest period.

The Regular prizes will be declared on or after 17th August 2020 and all the valid participants from the contest period will be considered together for the Regular winner selection

ii. Bumper Prize :
a) From the entire contest period, 10 participants will be selected as the Bumper Winners of this promotion.

b) The Final Winner will be selected by by an external auditor from the list of eligible entries as per the Terms & Conditions received during the entire contest period.

Winner Announcement

Name of the Confirmed Winner will also be published on www.cadburygemsofindia.com upon the aforesaid selection.

Prizes

Participants can get to win the following at the end of the contest period
** 10 lucky winners will get to win Amazon Vouchers worth Rs.5000/- (five thousand only). Henceforth will be called as “Bumber Prize”.
** Next 90 lucky winners will get to win Amazon Vouchers worth Rs.2000/- (two thousand only). Henceforth will be called as “Regular Prize”.

Terms & Conditions

** The Participants are allowed to make multiple entries during the Contest Period.

** Winners will be confirmed subject to him/her verifying the mobile number at the beginning of the entry submission process at the microsite to Contest Organiser.

** Once an eligible Participant wins a Bumber/Regular Prize, he/she will not be eligible to win another Bumber/Regular Prize during the entire campaign period.

** Participants having a valid PAN CARD and Government approved photo id proof (passport, voter card etc.) as on 1st January 2020 will be eligible to participate in the Contest.

** Mondelez’s decision shall be final and binding on the Participants in all matters related to the Contest.
