Tic Tac Gentle Messages Contest 2020 is sponsored and organized by Ferrero India Pvt. Ltd. The Offer is available for participation on purchase of Tic Tac Promo Pack in India only during the Promo Period as defined hereinafter.

Offer Packs
This offer is applicable only on purchase of Tic Tac Promo Packs as listed below
** Tic Tac Mint and Tic Tac Orange – Gentleness is in little things, having MRP Rs. 10 (Incl. of all taxes), Net Weight of 7.7 gms and bearing the offer name “Compose your message and Win*” & Tic Tac Mint and Tic Tac Orange– Gentleness is in little things, having MRP Rs. 20 (Incl. of all taxes), Net Weight of 14.5 gms and bearing the offer name “Compose your message and Win*”
** The Offer is applicable only on Promo Packs as stated above and not on any other pack. The Promo Packs are limited in quantity and the Offer will be open only till stocks of Promo Packs last or end of the Offer Period, whichever is earlier.
The Company does not provide any guarantee or warranty about the availability of Promo Packs in all the territories or during the entire Promo Period.
Eligibility Criteria
** Individual consumers residing in India and purchasing the Promo Pack(s) in India, during the Promo Period, other than for trade / business purpose, are eligible to participate in this Offer.
** Eligible Participants below age of 18 years may participate in the Promo only with the consent of and under the supervision of and through their parent / legal guardian.
** Customers purchasing the Promo Pack(s) for further sale, distribution, marketing or for Trade or Business purpose
** Companies, Partnership Firms, Proprietary Concerns, HUFs, Association of Persons, Trusts and other entities or organizations are not eligible for participating in the Offer and the Offer is open for individual human beings only.
** The employees of Ferrero, its associate / group companies and their children and other family members, the employees of the agencies associated with Ferrero for the organization of the Offer and their children and other family members are not eligible to participate in the Offer.
How To Participate?
** The consumers are required to purchase Tic Tac Promo Pack/ Tic Tac Gentle Messages pack during the Promo period, in India
** Find the Unique Code inside the Promo Pack. The unique code can be found underneath the label for Rs. 10 promo pack and underneath the sleeve for Rs. 20 promo packs
** Keep your Promo Pack ready for participation
Steps :
Step 1 : Visit the Tic Tac website https://www.tictac.com/in/en/ during the promo period.
Step 2 : Select your preferred language as per the choices available.
Step 3 : Create your Gentle Message
Step 4 : Share your gentle message on social platforms mentioned there
Step 5 : To participate in the contest, register with your details along with
your unique code
Step 6 : Tamil Nadu participants, needs to answer an additional question “Why do you love Tic Tac” which will be used for evaluating the winners. The winners will be selected based on the uniqueness of the message.
Voluntary & Free Participation
** Promo is a voluntary initiative;
** No fees, charges, costs, etc. required to be paid for participating in the Promo apart from purchase of Tic Tac Promo Pack.
** It is not mandatory to participate in the Promo.
** Tic Tac is available at same price irrespective of the availability of or participation in the Promo.
Prizes
** Every Day six of the valid participants will be selected as the winner of a daily prize. The daily prize will entitle the winner a Tic Tac Hoodie or headphones/earphones.
The size, color, brand, make, model and vendor/dealer of the hoodie or headphones/earphones to be awarded as winning prize shall be selected by Ferrero at its sole and absolute discretion.
The winner is required to complete all the formalities and provide necessary
information and documents for verification within 02 days of communication of his selection as a winner.
** Weekly two of the valid participants will be selected as the winner of a bumper prize. The bumper prize will entitle the winner a Tablet. The make, model, variant, colour and vendor/dealer of the tablet to be awarded as winning prize shall be selected by Ferrero at its sole and absolute discretion.
Winners Announcement
The announcement of winners shall be done on a weekly basis for last 7 days on the Tic Tac India website https://www.tictac.com/in/en/ . Winners will also be declared on the Tic Tac India Facebook page ( https://www.facebook.com/tictacindia/ ) and Tic Tac India Instagram page ( instagram.com ).
Terms & Conditions
** The winner(s), the number of winners, the quantity, size, type, value and category of the prizes shall be determined by the Company
** Prizes are non-transferable and will not be substituted by cash or any other benefit. Unclaimed / un-availed prizes will be forfeited.
** The winner(s) are required to provide the empty Promo Pack containing the winning Unique Code, valid address and identity proofs and such other documents as may be required by the Organizer to claim the prize.
** The image of the prize depicted on the Promo Packs, advertisements, promotional material, etc. are for illustrative purposes only and the actual prize / look of the prize may vary from the depiction made.
** The Promo is available for participation on first come basis and will be open for such participation by such no. of participants as the Organizers may select at its sole and absolute discretion.
** All decisions of the Organizers in any matter relating to the Promo shall be final and binding on the participants.
