47th NMTC National Mathematics Talent Contest 2015 :
Regional Science Centre &Planetarium Calicut will be organising 47th National Mathematics Talent Contest 2015 for Calicut region.
Last date of Registration : 12th July 2015 (Sunday)
Interested students are encouraged to participate in this event.
Contest:
1. Primary – Gauss Contest – V and VI Standards
2. Sub Junior – Kaprekar Contest – VII and VIII Standards
3. Junior – Bhaskara Contest – IX and X Standards
4.. Inter – Ramanujan Contest – XI and XII Standards
Charge:
Rs. 50/- per candidate (Candidates has to come to education section of planetarium and register their name by paying the fees and collect Hall Ticket)
Exam date:
Preliminary Test – 22nd August 2015, (Saturday) 2 to 4pm
Final Test (For those who qualify preliminary level) – 31st October 2015 (Saturday) 1 to 4 pm
Syllabus:
The syllabus for Mathematics Olympiad (Regional, National and International) is pre-degree college mathematics.
The areas covered are, mainly :
1.Algebra
2. Geometry
3. Number theory
4. Graph theory & combinatorics.
Algebra:
Polynomials, Solving equations, inequalities and complex numbers.
Geometry:
Geometry of triangles and circles.(Trigonometric methods, vector methods, complex number methods, transformation geometry methods can also be used to solve problems)
Number Theory:
Divisibility, Diophantine equations, congruence relations, prime numbers and elementary results on prime numbers.
Combinatorics & Graph Theory :
Counting techniques, pigeon hole principle, principle of inclusion and exclusion, basic graph theory.
Medium of examination: English & Malayalam

I have also not received hall ticket for NMTC which would be held on 22bd august 2017. What should I do now?
My result of NMTC national level exam. I got rank 7B which was held on 31/10/2016 at Raman science centre and planetarium Nagpur. Centre code 498 of primary level. My question is that is there any prize applicable to me? Please convey.

YET, I DIDNOT GET THE HALL TICKET BY THE POST FOR MNTC EXAM WHICH WILL BE HELD ON 22ND AUGUST 2015
