By entering the giveaway, all entrants grant an irrevocable, worldwide non-exclusive license to Opera, to reproduce, distribute, display, and create derivative works of, the Entry Material in connection with the giveaway and the promotion of Opera and Opera Mini on Opera social media channels for a period of six months. Entrants consent to Opera doing or omitting to do any act that would otherwise infringe the entrant’s “moral rights” in their entries. Display or publication of any Entry Material on an Opera website does not indicate the entrant will be selected as a winner.
Opera will not be required to pay any additional consideration or seek any additional approval in connection with such use.
