Terms and Conditions :
** Design a Logo for e-Nidhi – Comprehensive Financial Management System, Andhra Pradesh Terms and Conditions
** This contest is open to all individuals, teams and organizations from across the world but restricted to citizens of India only. However, the coordinating team of logo contest, jury members and their immediate family/office staff are not eligible to participate in the contest.
** All entries must be submitted to the creative corner section of mygov.in.
** Entries submitted through any other medium/ mode would not be considered for evaluation.
** Multiple entries may be submitted by any individual/team/organization.
** The participant must be the same person who has designed the logo and plagiarism would not be allowed.
** Logo should be designed in colour. The size of the logo may vary from 4 cms X 4 cms to 60 X 60 cms.
** Logo graphics must be created in vector and open able format. However, there is no requirement for the type of program used to create the logo.
** Contestants are free to use any type of software to draw, paint and create but to allow the Government of Andhra Pradesh to use the logo in all its digital glory, please follow the vector guidelines.Certain effects in vector software create a rasterized image
** The logo may include the words, ‘eNidhi’. The Contestant is free to add graphical representations he/she deems fit to design the logo.
** The logo will be featured on digital media, website, social media platforms, official government stationery, etc. Therefore, the logo needs to be legible and polished.
** The winner of the competition shall be required to submit the design in an editable and open file format

Evaluation Criteria :
** Government of Andhra Pradesh reserves the right not to select a winner if no entries are considered suitable for e-Nidhi logo. It may also select one or more winners if deemed necessary and appropriate.
** Entries will be judged on logo concept, creativity, originality, composition, technical excellence, simplicity, artistic merit and visual impact and how well they communicate the mandate and purpose of e-Nidhi to all stakeholders.
** The decision of the Selection Committee would be final and binding on all the contestants and no clarifications would be issued to any participants for any or their decisions.
** The disqualified entries shall not be used by Finance Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh for any purpose and Finance Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh shall have no intellectual rights over the same.
** Any legal proceedings arising out of the competition/ its entries/ winners shall be subject to local jurisdiction of the state of Andhra Pradesh.

Intellectual Property :
** The winner(s) will surrender all rights of ownership of the logo to Government of Andhra Pradesh.
** The winning entry/entries shall become the intellectual property of Government of Andhra Pradesh and the designer shall not have any rights over the same.
** Government of Andhra Pradesh retains the rights to enhance/edit/modify the winning entry/entries to prepare the final logo.
** All contestants (other than the winner(s) to the competition, by submitting their entry, grant the Government of Andhra Pradesh the right to use their entries to exhibit (digitally or physically) their entries either as a part of this contest or in future as deemed appropriate by the Government of Andhra Pradesh.
** The entries other than the winning entry/entries will not be used in any other way.

Prizes :
** Citizens of India are invited to design a suitable logo for the e-Nidhi – Comprehensive Financial Management System of Andhra Pradesh.
** The winning entry will be awarded a prize of Rs 50,000 and a certificate of appreciation. While normally we expect to declare a single winner, in case, multiple entries are chosen as winners, the prize money will be split amongst the winners in shares as decided by Government of Andhra Pradesh.

Result :
** The result will be announced by 30th July 2015.
** In case of delay due to any unforeseen circumstances it would be informed to all the participants through MyGov.
