By participating in our Good Knight Neem Coil your chance for TV debut Contest, you fully agree and accept the contest’s terms & Conditions
** The competition is conducted by Godrej.
** This competition is only open to citizens of India & the laws of India govern this competition.
** No person who is a director, employee, sponsor or agent of or consultant to godrej or who is a spouse, life partner, parent, child, brother, sister, business partner, or associate to a director, employee or agent of or consultant to Godrej is eligible to participate or enter this competition.
** To enter this contest, participant must be adults having attained the age of 18 years.
** 2 winners from the state of Tamil Nadu will be selected 1 for participating in Valli and 1 in Chandralekha.
** The participants will have to complete the slogan “Goodknight neem coil is the best because
** The contest will be advertised on TV channels, print, social and digital media
** The contest is from 1st June 2015 to 31st July 2015
** Participants can enter as many times, but one scratch card is valid only for one entry
** To enter, participant give a missed call to the number – 078118 78118, basis which participant will receive an out bound dialer and they have to follow the instructions.
** The participants will not be charged to give a missed call or receive the incoming call, unless there is a charge levied by the telecom operator.
** The participants will receive the call only if the telecom operator allows the call back.
** The travel of person to location for shoot on the date of shoot would be borne by the company. No other expenditure will be borne by the company.
** Giving a missed call ensures that the participant has agreed to terms and conditions.
** The participants will receive SMS message from sender id GKNEEM
** Winner has to be a domicile of Tamil Nadu
** Contest not applicable outside of Tamil Nadu
** No responsibility will be accepted for entries lost, delayed or damaged in transmission.
** Entries are only valid if they are completed correctly in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
** The Winner will be selected through basis best slogans received from all eligible participants
** The judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered (entertained) into this regard.
** The winner shall be announced at the end of the contest through SMS, Call and the website – goodknight.in/neemslogan.html
** The winner shall get a chance to act in either the serial Valli or Chandralekha. No gratification will be provided, the winner cannot pass on this gratification to others,
** The winner may be requested to participate in publicity connected to this contest. The winner should grant permission for the use of their names and photographs in any advertising and promotional material for this contest or Goodknight Neem Coil in future.
** Godrej has endeavored to make all reasonably practicable arrangements to minimize communication system difficulties but can make no guarantee therefore and shall not be liable for any failures in the same.
** Godrej shall not be responsible and/or liable in any manner whatsoever in case the participant is unable to participate due to failure on part of the telecom operator, internet provider, facility provider, etc.
** Godrej is not responsible for not being able to contact the winner due to unavoidable issues. In such a scenario, Godrej reserves the right to select another winner immediately. Participants in the competition understand and agree that in order to offer the competition; Godrej must collect and use personal information about participants. This competition is conducted under the terms of applicable privacy statements.
** The participant unconditionally and irrevocably indemnifies and holds harmless Godrej and its successors in business, employees, officers, suppliers, contractors, agents, consultants, directors and shareholders against all and any losses, claims, proceedings, actions, damages, (direct, consequential or otherwise), liability, demands, expenses, legal costs (on an attorney and own client basis), medical costs or other costs howsoever arising out of, based upon, or in connection with (directly or indirectly) the participants participation in the competition, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
** If a participant contravenes these rules, the participant may, in Godrej’s discretion, be disqualified from the competition.
** Godrej reserves the right to alter or cancel the competition at its discretion, without recourse.
** GCPL is not entering into any contractual, legal or any other kind of relationship with itself and the participants or between participants in running this contest.
** The persons wishing to participate in the contest and the Participant(s) therein shall comply with the laws of India and the Rules and Regulations shall be construed in accordance with the laws of India.
** Any dispute, issue or other matter arising with reference to the Participant’s participation in the contest and/or the contest or any related matters thereto shall be referred to Arbitration under a sole Arbitrator appointed by GCPL. The said Arbitration proceedings shall be governed by the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, as amended from time to time. The venue for arbitration shall be Mumbai and proceedings shall be conducted in English language. All the costs, charges and expenses in connection to the Arbitration shall be solely borne by the person who has raised the dispute.
** Courts in Mumbai shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all matters relating to participation in the contestant/or the contest. Subject to the provision of rule 24 above, the courts having jurisdiction under the provisions of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, to determine all matters which the court is entitled to determine under the Act, including, without limitation, provision of interim relief’s under the provisions of Section 9 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, shall exclusively be the courts at Mumbai, India.
