What is Winkin Cow Assured Rs 20 Cash Back Contest?

The “Winkin Cow Assured Rs 20 Cash Back Contest” is a consumer contest sponsored and organized by Britannia Industries Ltd. The contest is applicable for all Winkin Cow Thick shakes (Chocolate, Vanilla, Strawberry & Badam) brand of dairy wherein the participant shall participate by purchasing a pack of Britannia Winkin Cow Thick shake. The Contest will be valid from 12:00:01 AM on 24th August 2023 to 11:59:59 PM on 22nd October 2023. Each Participant shall be eligible for an Assured cashback of Rs. 20 with every pack of Winkin Cow shakes limited.

Eligibility of Winkin Cow Assured Rs 20 Cash Back Contest

1. This Contest will be open to every individual aged 18 years or above and residing in India provided that the Participant is not facing any criminal/civil trial or any other legal proceedings which may prejudice the participation in the Contest in any way. Further, the Participant shall be within the area of delivery serviceable by top courier services such as Blue Dart or DTDC.

2. This Contest requires the Participant to have a valid UPI ID for redeeming the cashback without which the Participant shall not be entitled to the cashback.

3. Employees of Britannia and their relatives, and promotion agencies and their respective relatives are not eligible to participate in the Contest.

4. Participant agrees to share their phone WhatsApp number to Britannia/ Agency, as applicable (if not previously shared) for written/ verbal communications from Britannia/ Agency, as applicable with regard to the Contest. Participants who do not have a WhatsApp number may not be eligible to participate in the Contest.

5. The participants, upon request from Britannia/ Agency will have to provide their PAN Card or Passport or Aadhaar Card or Driving License or Voter Card or Government issued ID card (collectively referred to as ‘ID Proof’). The Winners will be announced post verification of the ID proof.

6. Demanding of ID Proof is a part of the evaluation process and it does not mean that the entry has been finalized or the participant has been selected or that the Prize is guaranteed.

7. Britannia/ Agency reserves the right to exclude any person from participating or winning the Contest on grounds of misconduct, misrepresentation, coercion, fraud, deceit or for any other reasons, as it may deem fit and proper. No communication in this regard from the Participant or his representatives shall be entertained by Britannia/ Agency.

How To Participate for Winkin Cow Assured Rs 20 Cash Back Contest?

** In order to participate in this Contest, Participants have to scan the QR code on the pack and enter the unique code present behind the wrapper, using UPI ID cashback will be transferred in account within 24-48 hrs .

Step 1: Customer to visit www.winkincow.com and enter their Voucher code, Name, Email ID, Mobile Number and click submit to receive OTP
Step 2: Submit the OTP received on the registered mobile number to complete registration.
Step 3: Customer to enter their UPI ID and click submit.
Step 4: The cashback will be processed on the customer’s UPI ID entered within 24-48 business hours.

** The Contest will be valid from 12:00:01 AM on 24th August 2023 to 11:59:59 PM on 22nd October 2023 (“Contest Period”). Britannia reserves the right to cancel/amend/extend the Contest Period without giving any notice or intimation.

Selection Of Winners for Winkin Cow Cash Back Contest

** Each Participant shall be eligible for an Assured cashback of Rs. 20 with every pack of Winkin Cow shakes limited to one time per mobile number/email ID/account per month and a maximum of two times during the entire campaign period

** The decision of Britannia/ Agency shall be final and binding on the Participant in this matter. Britannia/ Agency shall in no case entertain any questions, correspondence, enquiries on the manner of the selection of winners.

** Britannia/ Agency shall, at all times, have the right to exercise its discretion on the selection of Winners, in order to ensure equity and fairness for all Participants, as per the Terms and Conditions.

Prizes of Winkin Cow Assured Rs 20 Cash Back Contest

1. Every Participants, upon valid Participation shall be eligible for an Assured Prize. The Assured Prize is Assured cashback of Rs 20 with every pack limited to one time per mobile number/email ID/account per month and a maximum of two times during the entire campaign period (“Cashback”).

2. Any costs associated with entering the promotion, including accessing the promotional website, are the responsibility of each Participant. Also, regular call and message rates will apply as per the consumer telecom operator in their respective circles.

3. The Prize under this Contest can’t be traded, sold, replaced or adjusted with anything including other prizes/ gifts, if any or cash except at the sole discretion of Britannia/ Agency.

4. The Prize will be provided on an “as-is basis” and without any express or implied warranty or guarantee concerning the quality, suitability or comfort. The Organizers, their associates, affiliates, directors, officers, agents, representatives shall not be responsible or liable for any defect/deficiency or any other dispute in relation to and/or concerning the Prize including but not limited to any service or after delivery service problems/ issues and liabilities and the Organizers will not entertain any claims in this regard.

5. Britannia/ Agency are not responsible for any deficiency and/ or defect in, or relating to, any product/service and/or the Prizes or for any kind of consequential damages/ loss, in any manner whatsoever, if any Participant has any grievance with respect to the Prizes, the Participant may directly contact the manufacturer or supplier/retailer/service provider as may be applicable.

6. The image of the Prize depicted on the ads/posters/TVC’s/pack shots etc. are indicative only and the actual Prizes/ look of the Prize may vary from such pictures.

7 Terms and conditions of Cashback:
7.1 Any consumer purchasing a promotional product shall be eligible to receive a Voucher. The customer shall receive a cashback of an amount equivalent to the value as mentioned in the voucher (“Cashback/Voucher Amount”).
7.2 These Conditions apply to every person (“Participant”) redeeming the offer given by Premier Sales Promotions Pvt Ltd, No claim shall lie for any redemption requests made after the expiry of the Offer Period.
7.3 The customer will be responsible for entering details such as UPI ID, Online Wallet Mob Nos, etc. Premier Sales Promotions Pvt Ltd. will not be responsible for any incorrect entries or details on the promotion website. No change in details will be entertained once you have submitted the booking.
7.4 Britannia Industries Limited and Premier Sales Promotions Private Limited will not be responsible for cashback failures due to any failure at the payment gateway or payment processing partner end.
7.5 The Payment Processing / Wallet Partner holds the right to refuse transactions deemed fraudulent as per their policies. In the event of any fraud detection, the wallet partner reserves the right to modify/change, discontinue, terminate, or withdraw the Offer at any time during the Offer Period.
7.6 In no event shall Premiere Sales Promotions Pvt Ltd or Britannia Industries Limited be held liable for any issues relating to the redemption of the voucher including redemption requests not being honored by the wallet partner/payment processing partner
7.7 In no event shall the maximum liability of Premier Sales Promotions Pvt Ltd or Britannia Industries Limited exceed the value of the assured reward value of the voucher i.e. Rs. 20
7.8 The payment processing/wallet partner reserves the right to restrict cashback for any account with suspicious behavior or invalid details/credentials. The wallet partner has the right to ask for documents to prove the customer/user’s identity.
