Eligibility of Oreo Cricket Promotion Contest
1. You need to fulfill the following eligibility criteria to participate in the Campaign:
a) You need to be a natural person;
b) You should be an individual legal resident and citizen of the Republic of India;
c) You should be of age 18 years or above at the time of entry into the Campaign;
d) You shall be legally competent to enter into a binding contract under the applicable laws of India.
e) You should be holding a valid PAN card and, Aadhar Card.
All who fulfil the eligibility criteria to participate in the Campaign shall individually be considered and referred to as “Participant” and collectively “Participants” for the purpose of these T&Cs.
2. Our and/or Campaign Partners and/or Campaign Partner employees, their immediate family members (spouses, domestic partners, parents, grandparents, siblings, children and grandchildren), and our/their affiliates, advisors, advertising/ Campaign agencies are not eligible to participate or avail any benefits under the Campaign.
3. The Campaign is subject to all applicable central, state and local laws and regulations in India. The Campaign may at any time at the sole discretion of Mondelez be terminated/ cancelled/amended/suspended for any reasons without providing any prior notice to the Participants. No claims/questions shall be entertained in this regard.
4. Mondelez reserves the right to exclude or disqualify any person from the Campaign on grounds of:
(a) misconduct or criminal record or acted or have the intention to act in a dishonest or fraudulent manner or in bad faith;
(b) tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Campaign;
(c) acting in violation of these T&Cs;
(d) acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person;
(e) entries being offensive, distasteful, unacceptable or against the ethos and principles of Mondelez or which may be considered disparaging; or
(f) for any other reasons, as it may deem fit and proper.
How to Participate in the Oreo Cricket Promotion Contest?
Follow the steps below to participate in the contest.
a) For PAN India (Excluding Tamil Nadu): To Participate in the Campaign, the Participant is required to, at his/her sole discretion, purchase the Oreo worth Rs. 100 from select cities and stores in India(“Product”).
Participation in the Campaign is subject to availability of the Product in the market or specified stores, as applicable and indicated in these T&Cs, during the Campaign Period. We or Campaign Partner shall not be held responsible for any circumstance leading to non-availability of the Product in the market.
b) To enter the Campaign, the Participant shall visit the give a missed call on 7406887333 to receive a WhatsApp Message. Customer to follow the steps i.e. Enter their Name and confirm if they belong to Tamil Nadu
c) The participant will be required to upload their purchase invoice / bill to submit their entry.
d) Only printed invoice/bill that includes in a legible manner the Store Name, Store Address, Store GST No, Date of Purchase, Invoice/Bill No, Item Names (only the participating products), and prices will be considered as an eligible receipt for the purpose of claiming rewards.
e) No handwritten bills/invoices or photocopied bills/invoices will be considered.
f) Only the purchases made between 01/09/2023 till 15/10/2023 will be considered for rewards.
g) The invoice/bill copy should clearly mention the eligible products.
h) The invoice/bill copy should be in ENGLISH language only.
i) One single bill/invoice will be eligible to win a maximum of one reward, regardless of the number of eligible SKUs purchased in that invoice.
j) The Promotion shall run on the select SKU of Cadbury Oreo Products only in select cities and stores in India.
Prizes of Oreo Cricket Promotion Contest
1. Number of Prizes (Lucky Draw):
a. Cashback Prize:
There are maximum of 19500 Cashback Lucky Prizes (defined below) under this Campaign. The Prizes are funded by Mondelez under this Campaign, one for each Participant who complies with our T&Cs. Each Participant would be eligible to win only if he/ she has participated in the Campaign in the manner provided under the “Details of the Campaign and How to Enter” section given in these T&Cs.
b. Smartwatch Gift Voucher Prize: There are maximum of 3000 Smartwatch GV Lucky Prizes (defined below) under this Campaign. The Prizes are funded by Mondelez under this Campaign, one for each Participant who complies with our T&Cs. Each Participant would be eligible to win only if he/ she has participated in the Campaign in the manner provided under the “Details of the Campaign and How to Enter” section given in these T&Cs.
c. Merchandise (Cricket Kit): There are maximum of 750 Merchandise (Cricket Kit) Prizes (defined below) under this Campaign. The Prizes are funded by Mondelez under this Campaign, one for each Participant who complies with our T&Cs. Each Participant would be eligible to win only if he/ she has participated in the Campaign in the manner provided under the “Details of the Campaign and How to Enter” section given in these T&Cs.
d. Odds of Winning of Lucky Draw Prizes: Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Eligible entries are ones that satisfy the eligibility criteria outlined in these T&Cs.
2. Prizes: Participants shall be eligible to win the following Prizes (“Prizes”):
a. Chance to win the following prizes (“Lucky Prizes”) as per below quantity:
i. Rs. 100 Cashback Voucher – 6500 qty
ii. Rs. 200 Cashback Voucher – 6500 qty
iii. Rs. 500 Cashback Voucher – 6000 qty
iv. Rs. 1000 Cashback Voucher – 500 qty
v. Smartwatch Gift Voucher – 3000 qty
vi. Merchandise (Cricket Kit): 750 Qty
3. Any participant will be eligible to win only one “Lucky Prize” during the Campaign Period.
4. Cashback Winners: Any participant will be eligible to win a maximum of 1 cashback reward per mobile number. Anyone who has won a cashback will not be eligible to win any more cashback; however, they can be eligible to win a hi-rider i.e. Smartwatch GV/Cricket Kit/ Gaming Console.
Smartwatch GV: Any participant will be eligible to win a maximum of 1 smartwatch GV per mobile number, per household. Anyone who has won a Smartwatch GV will not be eligible to win any further rewards including cashback.
Cricket Kit: Any participant will be eligible to win a maximum of 1 Cricket Kit per mobile number, per household, per address. Anyone who has won a Cricket Kit will not be eligible to win any further rewards.
Gaming Console: Any participant will be eligible to win a maximum of 1 Gaming Console per mobile number, per household, per address. Anyone who has won a Gaming Console will not be eligible to win any further rewards.
5. The image of the Prizes depicted on the ads/posters/TVC’s/pack shots etc. are indicative only and the actual Prizes/ look of the Prizes may vary from the pictures.
6. All applicable taxes resulting from acceptance of Prize(s) shall be the responsibility of Prize Winner.
