What is Kerovit Bathroom Makeover Contest?
Bathroom Makeover Contest 2023 is organized by Kerovit. Participants need to Like/Follow Kerovit-A Kajaria Company, page on Facebook or Instagram. The Bathroom makeover contest will feature one mega winner who will receive a complete bathroom makeover worth Rs.1.5 lakhs. Last Date of Contest is 19th November 2023.
Eligibility of Bathroom Makeover Contest
** All Participants should be at least 18 years of age and citizens of India.
How to Participate in the Bathroom Makeover Contest?
1. Fill all the details given in the form above.
2. Upload a picture of a bathroom you desire the most.
3. Tell us why do you do want Kerovit to re-do your bathroom.
4. Follow Kerovit on Instagram or Facebook.
5. Tag minimum 3 of your friends in comment box of Instagram/ Facebook.
Notes :
** Participants need to share a photo of the bathroom they desire on https://www.kerovit.com/bathroommakeover and tell us by filling up the form given “Why does your bathroom need a makeover by Kerovit?”
** Participants need to Like/Follow Kerovit-A Kajaria Company, page on Facebook or Instagram.
** The contest starts on the 13th October 2023 and will end on the 19th November 2023 (Both days inclusive).
Rules & Guidelines of Bathroom Makeover Contest
** The Contest begins on the 13th October 2023 and will end at 23:59 PM on 19th November 2023.
** By participating in this contest, a participant unconditionally and irrevocably accepts and agrees to be bound by all the terms and conditions stated herein. This contest is subject to the applicable laws of India.
** Kajaria Bathware Private Ltd. may in its absolute discretion curtail or extend the duration period of the said contest, as it deems necessary without any prior notice and liability, whatsoever.
** It is also clarified that any entry, which is found to be obscene, offending and hurtful, shall be rejected immediately; and appropriate action will be taken against the said participant.
** A person can participate in the contest as many times as possible during the duration of the contest however can win and claim the prize, only once.
** The decision of the organiser shall be final and the participants shall accept the decision as a binding one and shall in no event challenge the same.
** The participants agree to allow Kajaria Bathware Private Limited to make a video of the Bathroom transformation, or any other marketing activity related to the making of the bathroom.
** Data collected from participants will only be used by the company for advertising and to improve the user experience and will not be disclosed or shared with any third party other than the Government, if required.
** The recipient of the “Bathroom Makeover Contest” grand prize, hereinafter referred to as the “Mega Winner,” is required to have legal ownership of the property for which the makeover is intended, or alternatively, obtain written consent from the property owner prior to commencing the makeover process.
** Please note that Bathxpertz is exclusively responsible for the bathroom makeover for the Mega Winner only and not for the other winners in the contest.
Winners Selection of Bathroom Makeover Contest
** The contest is hosted on https://www.kerovit.com/bathroommakeover/ and will be supported/advertised by/on Facebook, Instagram & Twitter handles of Kerovit.
** There will be a committee formed by the Management of Kajaria Bathware Pvt Ltd. that will choose the winner/s based on the participant’s Bathroom photographs & comments. Kajaria Bathware Pvt Ltd. will have complete & sole discretion with respect to the choice of the winners.
** The Bathroom makeover contest will feature one mega winner who will receive a complete bathroom makeover worth Rs.1.5 lakhs. This exclusive makeover will be executed by a company named Bathxpertz, subject to Bathxpertz’s terms and conditions.
Prizes of Bathroom Makeover Contest
** The winners will be declared by Kajaria Bathware Pvt. Ltd. on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram or via email. The winner(s) will have to provide his/her contact details (email ID, contact number and complete postal address with PIN) to the Kajaria Bathware Pvt. LTd. social media handle/email ID within 3 days from the date of finalisation of the lucky draw of the aforesaid contest.
** Award of prizes is subject to verification by the auditors. The organisers reserve the right to request the winners to provide proof of identity for Indian residency. Identification is considered suitable for verification at the discretion of the organisers.
** One grand prize, herein referred to as the “Mega Winner,” valued at Rs. 1.5 lakhs, to be designated solely by the organising committee.Six consolation prizes in the form of Bathroom products of Kerovit only, collectively valued at Rs. 50,000, to be designated solely by the organising committee.
Five hundred consolation prizes in the form of Amazon vouchers, each valued at Rs. 250, to be designated solely by the organising committee, and awarded to other participants who have demonstrated commendable efforts but have not been selected as winners.
