Mars Cashback Offer 2024 is organized by Premier Sales Promotions Pvt. Ltd. The Offer is valid for Participants who have completed the age of 18 years. Any consumer purchasing promotional Product shall be eligible to receive a voucher inside the promotion pack of the Product. The customer shall receive a cashback of an amount equivalent to the value as mentioned in the Voucher. The Offer is valid from 1st January 2024 to 31st March 2024.

How to Redeem for Mars Cashback Offer?

1. Visit www.mars.bigcityexperience.com and enter the Reward Code, Name, Email, and Mobile No and click submit to receive OTP.
2. Enter the OTP and choose your preferred cash back option, fill up the required details and click submit.
3. Post successful verification, you will receive your cashback within 24-48 business hours.

Terms and Conditions of Cashback Offer

1. This Offer entitles the customer of the Product with cashback in his/her bank account or through UPI. A customer will be responsible for his/her choice of the cashback transfer method. The denomination of the cashback will be mentioned on the voucher.

2. Any consumer purchasing promotional Product shall be eligible to receive a voucher inside the promotion pack of the Product. The customer shall receive a cashback of an amount equivalent to the value as mentioned in the Voucher (“Cashback/Voucher Amount”).

3. By redeeming the voucher/Offer, a participant agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions below (“Conditions”):
** These Terms and Conditions – Cashback apply to every person (“Participant”) redeeming the Offer given by Premier Sales Promotions Pvt. Ltd. No claim shall lie for any redemption requests made after the expiry of the Offer Period. The Offer is valid for Participants who have completed the age of 18 years.

** The customer will be responsible for entering details such as UPI ID, Account No, Mobile Number, etc. Premier Sales Promotions Pvt. Ltd. will not be responsible for any incorrect entries or details on the promotion website. No change in details will be entertained once the customer has submitted his/her details.

** All Participants agree that payment partner offering discount vouchers may at any time stipulate additional terms and conditions for redemption of the vouchers and such terms and conditions shall be binding on the Participants and shall apply to every redemption of voucher by the Participants.

** The payment processing partner holds the right to refuse transactions deemed fraudulent as per their policies. In the event of any fraud detection, payment processing partner reserves the right to modify/change, discontinue, terminate, withdraw the Offer at any time during the Offer Period.

** The Participant acknowledges that relevant state and central taxes may be deducted by the merchant while redeeming the Offer and therefore, the amount reflected in the voucher may not be the same as the final redemption value received by the Participant.

** In no event shall Mars International India Pvt. Ltd. or Premiere Sales Promotions Pvt. Ltd. be held liable for any issues relating to the redemption request not being honored by the payment processing partner. In no event shall Premiere Sales Promotions Pvt. Ltd. or its partner agency be held liable for any issues relating to the redemption of the voucher including redemption request not being honored by the payment processing partner.

** In no event the aggregate liability, of Mars International India Pvt. Ltd. and/or Premiere Sales Promotions Pvt. Ltd., whether under contract, tort or otherwise exceed the value of the Voucher Amount.
** Any disputes or differences in connection with the Offer shall be governed by laws of India and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts at Bangalore, India.

** The payment processing partner reserve the right to restrict cashback for any account/Participant with suspicious behaviour or invalid details/credentials. The payment processing partner has the right to ask for documents to prove the customer/user identity.

** This Offer, is available in India only, is subject to promotional availability and government regulations and is not available in the State of Tamil Nadu, Union Territory of Puducherry and any other State/Union Territory in India where prohibited by law.

** The decision of Mars International India Pvt. Ltd. and/or Premiere Sales Promotions Pvt. Ltd., as regards the Cashback Amount or any other aspect connect with the Offer shall be final and binding, subject only to Mars International India Pvt. Ltd. approval. No correspondence or any other claims whatsoever, in this regard will be entertained.
