What is MyGov Panch Pran Rangotsav Poster Competition?
Ministry of Law & Justice in collaboration with MyGov organizing a “Panch Pran Rangotsav Poster Competition-A resolve of developed India”, inviting citizens to use their creative minds and participate in the competition. The competition is open for all Indian citizens. The participants are required to submit posters on the 05 Panch Pran announced by the Hon’ble Prime Minister of India on the theme “A resolve of developed India”. Last Date of Contest is 23rd April 2024.

Themes of Panch Pran Rangotsav Poster Competition
The participants are required to submit posters (Both Handmade and Digital) on the 05 Panch Pran announced by the Hon’ble Prime Minister of India on the theme “A resolve of developed India”.
Rewards of Panch Pran Rangotsav Poster Competition
1.Top 12 (twelve) entries will receive a Certificate along with a souvenir and their poster will be published on social media handles of Ministry of Law and Justice.
Terms & Conditions of Panch Pran Rangotsav Poster Competition
1. The competition is open for all Indian citizens
2. The participants may hand draw/sketch the poster on A3 or A4 pages or create digitally designed posters through computer software as well
3. Write-up text (slogan) of the poster should be submitted in readable font of Hindi/English and it should be written on the poster itself
4. It should be ensured that the uploaded poster is clearly visible along with the text and graphics/image. The attachments should not exceed 4MB.
5. All entries must be submitted on www.mygov.in. Entries submitted through any other medium/mode would not be considered for evaluation
6. One participant can submit only one entry
7. The entry should be original. Copied entries will not be considered under the contest
8. Please note that the work must be original and should not violate any provision of the Indian Copyright Act, 1957. Anyone found infringing on others’ copyright would be disqualified from the competition. Government of India does not bear any responsibility for copyright violations or infringements of intellectual property carried out by the participants
9. Mention of the author’s name/emails, etc. anywhere in the body will lead to disqualification. Participants are required to fill and share the Participant Form which includes details such as name, complete postal address, email ID, phone number (mobile) etc.
10. Winners will be decided by Department of Justice; Ministry of Law and Justice as per its evaluation criteria which shall be final and binding
11. Department of Justice; Ministry of Law and Justice reserves the right to cancel or amend all or any part of the Competition and/or the Terms & Conditions/Technical Parameters/ Evaluation Criteria at any time of the competition without any prior notice
12. Any dispute or any issue related to this competition would be decided by Department of Justice; Ministry of Law and Justice which shall be final and binding
13. No requests relating to claims of re-evaluation of the entries will be considered.
14. The decision of the committee shall be final and binding for all the entries
15. At any stage of evaluation, if an entry is found to violate the guidelines, the entry will be removed from evaluation process without giving any intimation.

please details of point 9 of rule how to send name age mobile no etc as mentioned separate form. No where I got that form.
