Eligibility :

** This Competition is open for subscription for all Subscribers who fulfill the following criteria
** Subscriber must be of or above 18 years of age;

Application Closing Date : 22nd July 2015

** Subscriber must be a resident of India;
** Subscriber must be a Competition Pack Member;
** Subscriber must belong to any one of the Circles mentioned herein;
** Subscriber must be an active Subscriber;
** For Prepaid Subscribers – Subscribers must have the minimum requisite balance of Rs.2 per day, during the Competition Period to be eligible to participate in the Competition for that day;
** Subscriber must not have been subject of any criminal proceeding;
** Subscriber must not – be of an unsound mind; and
** Subscriber must not be under any legal disability e.g. insolvency, restraint by court order etc. and / or is prohibited from entering any contractual relationship.

Charging:

** All Competition Pack Members shall be allowed to play the Competition each day only after being charged successfully for each day.

** All Competition Pack Members on the first day of the Competition will be charged Rs. 3/- or Rs 2, Re. 1/-per day during the Competition Period, depending on the available balance on his/her number registered with Vodafone India, from 01:00:00 hours onwards (or from the day on which he/she becomes eligible to participate in the Competition), till the end of this Competition or till the day he/she unsubscribe from the Competition Pack, whichever happens first.

** All Subscribers who subscribe to the Competition Pack, after the Competition starts, will be charged -, Rs. 3/- or Rs 2 or Re. 1/- per day, depending on the available balance on his/her number registered with Vodafone India, from that day till the end of the Competition or till he/she unsubscribe from the Competition Pack, irrespective of whether he/she plays the Competition or not.

** On subsequent days, the system will try to charge all Competition Pack Members Rs.3/-, Rs. 2/- or Re. 1/- per day, depending on the available balance on his/her number registered with Vodafone India at 01:00:00 hours, irrespective of successful charging or failure the previous day. This amount will not be refunded to Competition Pack Members under any circumstances.

Prize :

** Bumper Prize (Total 1 Bumper Prize – PAN INDIA LEVEL)
** Toyota Corolla Altis JS MT
** One Bumper Prize Winner shall be selected from PAN INDIA on fulfilling the Winner criteria for the Term of the Competition after completion of the Competition. There will be a total 1 Bumper Prize Winner for the Term of the Competition.

Second Prize :
** (Total 19 prizes – PAN INDIA LEVEL (1 for each circle) Maruti Suzuki Alto Std
** One Circle Winner shall be selected from each circle on fulfilling the Winner criteria for the Term of the Competition, after completion of the Competition and Bumper winner selection. There will be total 19 Circle (1 from each Circle) Winners for the Term of the Competition

Third Prize :
** (Total 19 Circle prize i.e. 1 per Circle )- PAN INDIA LEVEL)
** Gold Voucher (Not exceeding Rs. 10,000 each)
** One Circle Winner will be selected from each circle on fulfilling the Winner criteria after completion of the Competition and selection of Bumper & second prize winners. There will be total 19 Circle Winners (1 winner per Circle) for the Term of the Competition.

** The Competition is open for all active Subscribers who satisfy the eligibility criteria mentioned in Clause 3 below and who belong to the following Vodafone India telecom circle as mentioned in below table of who have successfully subscribed to the Competition Pack by following the subscription process mentioned hereunder.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, if the operation of or participation in the Competition is prohibited in any State and/or territory or part thereof as per applicable law, the Subscribers from such State and/or territory or part thereof shall not be eligible to subscribe to or participate in the Competition. No further notice shall be given by the Organizer or Vodafone India, in this regard.
