What is Tata Gluco+ Scan Play And Win Gaming Contest?
Tata Gluco+ Scan Play And Win Gaming Contest is organized by Tata Consumer Products Limited. This Contest is open to Indian citizens only. Eligible individuals may enter between 5th March 2024 to 31st May 2024 on website http://lens.xtendr.co/public/qr/6388790bc0eeb or any of its sub-domains/pages. Entries received in accordance with these terms in the Contest shall be quantitatively evaluated by the gaming platform on the basis of the individual scores of the Participant. By participating in this Contest, you agree that any and all personally identifiable information that you provide may be used by TCPL for the purpose of this Contest.

Eligibility Tata Gluco+ Scan Play And Win Gaming Contest
** This Contest is open to Indian citizens only (each “Entrant”) must be:
(i) at least eighteen (18) years of age and capable of understanding these terms and conditions
(ii) should reside in India
(iii) Following entities/people are not eligible to participate:
a. Employees & Agents of TCPL,
b. Relatives of TCPL Employees & TCPL Agents,
c. Businesses/organizations/subsidiaries/affiliates/associates of TCPL (all as determined by TCPL in its sole discretion),
d. Employees of business entities that have engaged with TCPL in any kind of purchase/selling of good & services.
** Employees, officers, directors, members, managers, agents, of TCPL or any of their respective corporate partners, parent companies, divisions, subsidiaries, affiliates, successors in interest, and advertising, promotion, and public relations agencies, (collectively, the “Related Parties”) and any family member or member of the same household (whether related or not related) of any such persons are not eligible to participate or receive a Prize in this Contest.
** For purposes of this Contest, the term “family members” is defined as any spouse, partner, parent, legal guardian, child, sibling, grandparent, grandchild, or in-law.
** Participation in this contest constitutes your full and unconditional agreement to, and acceptance of, these Terms and the decisions of TCPL, which are final and binding in all matters.
** Participants accessing only from mobile phone or a tablet will be eligible for the contest. If participant is found to having used any-other device to participate in the contest; their entry will be deemed as null & void. TCPL’s decision on determining the device used to access the contest will be final and binding on the participant.
How To Participate in the Scan Play And Win Gaming Contest?
Step 1 : Entrants can follow the 2 routes to access the site hosting the games as below for the purpose of participation in this Contest.
Route 1: Scan the QR code printed on the pack of Tata Gluco+ .
Route 2: Click the creative/image/visual/etc. on digital/social media promoted by Tata Gluco+ AND/OR
Step 2 : Further, upon reaching the site or any of its sub-domains/pages which host the Game(s), the Entrant has to choose and play the game hosted on site.
Step 3 : After playing the game the player is supposed to submit the score by clicking “submit”, on this screen.
Step 4 : Player is supposed to enter their name; Email address and Phone Number. Click Submit again.
NOTE: All the details submitted by the player on site in step 4 above (point (2.4.)) should be the same as per the Passport details and/or other government issued know your customer documents (E.g Aadhar Card) that would be requested from winner (see section (3.) for details).
If any discrepancy is found in the information submitted vs information in Passport or any other know your customer documents, the participant will be disqualified from the contest.
Winner Selection of Scan Play And Win Gaming Contest
** The selection of the winners is completely dependent on the scores achieved while performing (I.e. playing the game) in the contest. Hence, the winner selection is a skill-based activity basis the scores achieved by playing the game. There is no element of lucky draw/draw of lots or any other random method, for selection of the winners.
** Top performing players can see their aggregated scores on the in-game leaderboards shown within the game.
** Winners will be selected on two tiers and hence there are two in-game leaderboards namely “Hourly Rank” and “Leaderboard Mar’24 to May’24”
Tier 1 : Hourly Winner
** The details of the “Hourly winner” will be visible & declared publicly on the In-game Leaderboard named “Hourly Rank”.
** The “Hourly winner” shall stand a chance to win the “Hourly prize” as detailed under point (4.2.)
At the end of every hour the following shall happen:
** Only the top player whose name is displayed against Rank 1 at the end of the hour on the In-game-Leaderboard named “Hourly Rank will be selected as the hourly winner.
** The In-game Leaderboard named “Hourly Rank” will reset to zero/null. (I.e. All scores of all players who have played during the hour will be reset to zero on the In-game Leaderboard named “Hourly Rank”)
** For the purpose of this contest, each day would be considered to have 12 hours (0900 hrs to 2059 hrs).
Each hour is defined as below:
** Hour 1: 0900 to 0959
** Hour 2 : 1000 to 1059
** Hour 3 : 1100 to 1159
** Hour 4 : 1200 to 1259
** Hour 5 : 1300 to 1359
** Hour 6 : 1400 to 1459
** Hour 7 : 1500 to 1559
** Hour 8 : 1600 to 1659
** Hour 9 : 1700 to 1759
** Hour 10 : 1800 to 1859
** Hour 11 : 1900 to 1959
** Hour 12 : 2000 to 2059
** Players playing between 2100 hrs and 0859 hrs would be considered to have played between 0900 Hrs and 0959 Hrs and that their entries will be considered along with all other entries received during Hour1 i.e. between 0900 to 0959.
** The score of the player will be aggregated at an hourly level (barring the hours 2100 and 0959); such that all the scores of all their gameplays during the hour will be added together.
** For the players playing between 2100 and 0959; their scores will be aggregated such that all the scores of all their gameplays between 2100 and 0959 will be added together.
** There is no limit on the number of entries and/or gameplays. However, a player can only win the “Hourly prize” ONCE during the contest period.
** If a player has been declared as the winner of the “Hourly prize” anytime during the contest period; thereafter their win their name/entry would not be visible in the In-game Leaderboard named “Hourly Rank”.
** The winners of the “hourly prize” will still stay eligible for the “grand prize” and that their name will be visible in the In-game Leaderboard named “Leaderboard Mar’24 to May’24” if they are within the top 10 players during the contest period – refer to point (3.3.2.) for details.
** On the In-game Leaderboard named “Hourly Rank”, scores/rank of top 5 players of the hour will be displayed but only the player who is Rank-1 at the end of the hour will be selected as the winner of the “hourly prize.”
** In case there is a tie between the two or more players wherein the same score has been achieved during the hour; the ranking will be done such that player who has achieved the tie-score earlier will be ranked better/ahead than the one who has achieved the tie-score later.
Prizes of Scan Play And Win Gaming Contest
There are two cohorts of prizes as detailed below:
Grand Prize:
Prize Details : Top 10 players (basis their scores) during the contest period whose name are displayed on in-game leaderboard named “Leaderboard Mar’24 to May’24” at the end of the contest period will be eligible to receive a fully paid trip to a city in Argentina to watch AFA team play live in Argentina in 2024. See section (3.) for details on winner selection and associated details. The exact City in Argentina will be decided later basis the city where the AFA team match is planned.
This fully paid trip to a city in Argentina will only include the followings:
** To and Fro Economy class Air ticket from Delhi to a city in Argentina. The choice of airline/route/sector for this will be at the sole discretion of TCPL.
** Boarding & lodging for 4 days and 3 Night in a city in Argentina on a non-share single person per room basis. The choice of hotel/Boarding-Lodging provider and its location/specifications for this will be at the sole discretion of TCPL. The people traveling can give their dietary preference with respect to Veg/Vegan/Non-Veg and allergens.
** Local to-&-fro transport in Argentina between hotel and the match venue of AFA team. The choice of local transport provider, route/sector will be at the sole discretion of TCPL.
** Local to-&-fro transport in Argentina between hotel and Airport. The choice of local transport provider, route/sector will be at the sole discretion of TCPL.
** Local sight-seeing in a city in Argentina. The choice of place/mode-of-commute/route/sector for this will be at the sole discretion of TCPL.
Hourly Prize:
The top player (whose name is displayed as Rank 1 on In-Game Leaderboard named “Hourly Rank” at the end of the hour) of the hour will stand a chance to win the “Hourly prize”. See section (3.) for details on winner selection and associated details.
** The “Hourly prize” will be either “one count of ARGENTINA BECKENBAUER TEE” or “one count of ARGENTINA 1994 WOVEN TRACK JACKET.” Or “One Count of ARGENTINA TEAM T-SHIRT” or any other “one count of sports merchandize with a minimum MRP of INR 3500.
** The “Hourly prize” as mentioned in point (4.2.1.) will be couriered to the winner latest by 31st July 2024 and the details of the courier will be sent to the winner on e-mail by 10th August 2024.
