What is Mumbai Indians & USHA Wrong’un Contest?
Mumbai Indians & USHA Wrong’un Contest organised by Mumbai Indians cricket team which by reference means Indiawin Sports Private Limited in collaboration with its Associate Partner USHA International Limited. Every Participant must be above the age of 18 years, holding an Indian passport, and residing within the territorial limits of India during the Contest Period. The Contest will be hosted on the MI Social Handles (Mumbai Indians Website/App, Facebook, Instagram & Twitter handles) on each MI playing match day (home and away matches). Last Date of Contest is 31st May 2024.

Applicability of USHA Wrong’un Contest
** These standard terms and conditions (‘Standard Terms’) shall govern the participation in the Contest to be conducted in the period between [23rdMarch 2024] and [31st May 2024] (“Contest Period”);
** MI reserves the right to cancel or amend all or any part of the Contest or the Contest Rules (“Rules”)without notice for any event that is outside of MI’s reasonable control. Any changes to the Contest Rules, Standard Terms or cancellation of the Contest, will be posted on the Website. It is the responsibility of Participants to keep themselves informed as to any changes to the Contest Rules.
** In the event of any dispute regarding the Contest Rules, the conduct or results of the Contest, or any other matter relating to the Contest, the decision of MI shall be final and not subject to any appeal, and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into, comment issued, or reason given in respect of any decision made by MI.
Eligibility For USHA Wrong’un Contest
** Every Participant must be above the age of 18 years, holding an Indian passport, and residing within the territorial limits of India during the Contest Period. The Participant should not have any criminal conviction or an arrangement or a contract that prevents the Participant from participating in the Contest. Proof of age, if requested, of the Participant, in the Entry must be submitted to MI to confirm the eligibility of the Participant.
** Participants should be regular followers of MI’s Social Handles.
** Participant(s) shall provide such information as may be requested by MI. Any incomplete submission will be considered invalid for the purpose of the Contest. MI also reserves the right to disqualify a Participant(s) in case a discrepancy is found to exist in the information furnished/provided/stated by the Participant at any point in time during the Contest Period.
** Each Participant acknowledges and agrees that any failure to comply with the Rules could lead to MI disqualifying that person, without MI giving any reason for such disqualification or granting any opportunity for challenge.
** MI reserves the right to disqualify any person that it knows is, or has reasonable grounds to believe is, ineligible for the Contest under this rule.
How to Participate in the USHA Wrong’un Contest?
** Neither MI, its parent companies or group companies, shall be liable in any manner in the event that Entries are not received or the Participant is unable to submit their Entry due to any network problem, breakdown in machinery or any other technical error of any nature whatsoever.
** For purposes of the Terms and Conditions, “receipt” of an Entry occurs when the website server records the Entry information upon the Participant clicking “Submit/Post” button. Any automated receipt confirmation does not constitute proof of actual receipt.
** The Contest is free for participation at any time during the Contest Period (as defined in the Contest Rules below) and there is no requirement to make any monetary contribution or purchase in order to enter the Contest.
** Only one Entry per person per match is permitted. In the event that MI discovers or has reasonable grounds to believe that the same person has made multiple Entries in respect of any one match, only the first Entry shall be considered for selection.
Prize of USHA Wrong’un Contest
** Each Winner shall get an USHA product (Usha Mixer Grinder – Trienergy or Usha Induction Cook Joy) of USHA’s choice.
Winners Selection of USHA Wrong’un Contest
** The Contest shall have 5 Prize Winners per Match, out of which 1 Winner shall be selected on each of Facebook, Twitter and MI website/App and 2 Winners on Instagram.
** Prize winners (“Winner/s”) will be selected and notified in the manner set out in the Contest Rules. No prize will be awarded where any Participant has breached any of these Standard Terms (as determined by MI in its sole discretion).
** Prizes are non-transferable, non-negotiableand there is no cash alternative.
** MI reserves the right to select and declare the Winners of the Contest and such decision shall be final and binding on the Participant(s) and the Winner(s). Winners shall be declared by USHA on their social media platforms.
** If requested by MI, all Winners unconditionally agree (as a condition of accepting any Prize) to: (a) the use of their name, one or more photographs of themselves and (b) co-operate with or participate in any other reasonable post-Contest publicity. It is clarified that MI has no obligation to record the winning of the Prize(s) or incorporate it in any promotional program/activity/material.
Rules of USHA Wrong’un Contest
The rules of the Contest are as follows:
** The Participant shall fulfill all of the Eligibility Requirements mentioned in the Standard Terms.
** The Contest will be hosted on the MI Social Handles (Mumbai Indians Website/App, Facebook, Instagram & Twitter handles) on each MI playing match day (home and away matches) . The link for participation will be made live on each handle at 12 noon on Match Day minus 1
** MI will post an image where the will be 3 statements about MI’s seasons, 2 of them will be true and one of them will be false. The Participant shall identify the false statement and submit their entry accordingly , to be eligible to win the prize(“Entry”).
** MI shall collect all the eligible Entries with the correct answer for each match and Winners shall be selected by feeding the entries into an online randomizer software which will pick the Winners from this pool at random.
** The shortlisted Winners shall be notified on the respective Social Media handles of MI of their selection, and will be given upto 3 hours to submit identification documents ( PAN/Adhaar/Driving Licence) and address proof for delivery of the Prize,failing which, the Prize shall stand forfeited.
** On receipt of the required documents/information, the Winners shall be announced on the social media handles (
** Prizes shall be dispatched within 3 months after the conclusion of the WPL and shall be delivered by courier service by USHA at the address provided by the Winner. MI and/or USHA shall not be liable for non-delivery due to a wrong address provided by the Winner or if the Prize suffers any loss or damage in transit.
