Lizol Test What You Trust Challenge Contest 2024 is sponsored and launched  by Reckitt Benckiser (India) Private Ltd. The Contest is valid only in India except the State of Tamil Nadu. Each Participant can submit their nomination only once by logging on to the website and once by giving a missed call on 9999333499. All participants will get an assured prize of Amazon coupon code worth Rs. 50 and 9 lucky winners (one winner per week) will be selected throughout the duration of the Contest from 30th March 2024 to 31st May 2024.

Eligibility of Lizol Test What You Trust Challenge

** This Contest will be open to all the residents of India (except the State of Tamil Nadu) with the exception of employees, their immediate family members, agents, distributors, retailers and any other channel partner of Reckitt and it’s Agencies.

** People below 18 years shall be allowed to participate with their parents or guardians providing the necessary documentation on behalf of the minor. In such a case, the parent (s) or legal guardian of the minor may redeem the Prize at his / her own cost and shall execute the documents as required.

Validity of Lizol Test What You Trust Challenge

** The Contest is valid only in India except the State of Tamil Nadu from 30th March 2024 to 31st May 2024 (“Contest Period”). Test results of selected white phenyls germ kill and cleaning efficacy will be announced by Reckitt after the expiry of Contest Period.

** It is clarified that 9 lucky winners will be selected randomly amongst the participants nominating their choice of white phenyls only and NOT based on the test results of selected white phenyls germ kill & cleaning efficacy.

To participate in the Contest the consumers need to follow the lizol India Instagram handle, and nominate a white phenyl of their choice by logging on to Lizoltestwhatyoutrust.com website or give a missed call at +91-9999333499 . Please see below for participation details:

(a) Logging on to the Lizoltestwhatyoutrust.com website – Visit the weblink Lizoltestwhatyoutrust.com and nominate your choice of white phenyl from the list of white phenyls or choose others in case your choice of white phenyl is not specified in the list.

** Thereafter, enter your name and the phone number which will be verified via an OTP. Once you submit the required information, you will get an Amazon coupon code worth Rs. 50 and a link to the Amazon website landing page, which has curated list of Lizol products on which the Amazon coupon code worth Rs. 50 is applicable.

** Apart from the assured prize of Amazon coupon code worth Rs. 50 you also stand a chance to win the weekly Bumper Prize as detailed above.

(b) Giving a missed call on 9999333499 – Once you give a missed call on 9999333499 from your Whatsapp registered number you will receive a message on Whatsapp to select your choice of white phenyl from the list of white phenyls or choose others in case your choice of white phenyl is not specified in the list.

Winner Selection & Prizes of Lizol Test What You Trust Challenge

** All participants will get an assured prize of Amazon coupon code worth Rs. 50 and 9 winners will be selected by way of random selection conducted by Agency 1, during the Contest Period who will be awarded the Bumper Prize. Each winner shall be eligible subject to the conditions duly fulfilled by the shortlisted winner.

** Prizes will be given subject to the winner satisfying the verification process of Agency 1 and/or Reckitt.

** The Bumper Prize cannot be transferred, exchanged, or redeemed for cash. If the winner does not take the Bumper Prize in the time and manner stipulated in clause 6, then the Bumper Prize will be forfeited by the winner and cash will not be awarded in lieu of the Bumper Prize. Bumper Prize must be taken as specified and cannot be varied.

** Any unused Bumper Prize is not-transferable, non-refundable and non-redeemable for other goods or services and cannot be taken in exchange for cash.

** Any Participant of the Contest who wins Prizes during the Contest Period shall not be eligible to win any further prizes.

** The winner(s), the number of winners, the quantity, size, type, value and category of the Prizes shall be determined by Reckitt and/or it’s Agencies and Reckitt and/or it’s Agencies reserves the right to vary the same to resolve the practical difficulties, if any.

Contacting Winners of Lizol Test What You Trust Challenge

1. The Bumper Prize winners will be contacted through the phone numbers entered by them during Contest participation.
Step 1: Once the Bumper Prize winners are selected, Agency 2 appointed by Reckitt shall process the gift for them.

Step 2: In the event the shortlisted Bumper Prize winner’s number is busy, unreachable, or he/she does not attend the call, two (2) more attempts will be made to reach the Participant on that day and/or the next business day.

Step 3: If even on the third attempt, the Participant does not attend the call, or is unreachable, the Participant’s participation in the Contest comes to an end and the Participant’s entry stands cancelled and Participant becomes ineligible to receive the Bumper Prize.

Step 4: If any shortlisted Bumper Prize winner remains unreachable on the third attempt or is not interested in continuing in the Contest or is otherwise ineligible to participate, the Agency 1 shall conduct up to two (2) more random selections to shortlist a Participant, and the Bumper Prize will go the next shortlisted winner.

Step 5: In case of a positive response to claim the Bumper Prize from the shortlisted winner on phone each such shortlisted winner will be required to share his/her address, within 72 hours of the first winning confirmation conveyed to the winner by Agency 2 on phone, to deliver the Bumper Prize to the winner.

The Bumper Prize winner shall produce the following documents at the time of delivery of Bumper Prize for verification purposes.
** Copy of Address proof (Electricity bill or Mobile Bill)
** Valid government authorized document such as Aadhar card or PAN card
** Mobile Number
** No Objection Certificate (Letter) – Self Attested
If all the documents produced are in order and valid then the participant becomes eligible to be a winner and the Bumper Prize will be handed over to the winner.

2. Bumper Prize winners names will be published on the Lizol India Instagram handle, Contest website i.e. lizoltest whatyoutrust.com and other physical, social and digital media platforms.
3. No Prizes will be awarded if the information presented by the Participant(s) at the time of entering the Contest is not factually correct.
4. In the event of death of the confirmed Bumper Prize winner, no claim from the nominee or his/her legal heirs of the confirmed Bumper Prize winner shall be entertained for receiving the Bumper Prize.
