What is Samsung Post Call Survey Contest?

Post Call Survey Contest 2024 is run by Samsung India Electronics Private Limited. This campaign will be valid for all customers who have interacted with Samsung’s call center agent and receive the post call survey link, who have attained the age of 18 years or above, except employees and family members of Samsung. This Contest will start from 1st May 2024 and end on 31st May 2024.

Winners Selection of Post Call Survey Contest

** Under this Campaign, select users who receive the post call feedback survey link will have to click on the link and complete the survey feedback to be eligible to participate in the lucky draw.
** Samsung or its authorized third party will shortlist qualifying participants basis above rules of selection.
** The qualifying participants of the Campaign will stand a chance to enter the randomizer to win the Lucky Draw. Prizes are as mentioned below.
** Winners shall be informed through email/phone number as registered in Samsung records.

** The Winners will have to submit the following:
i. The relevant tax and information/documents being copy of PAN Card (Self attested)
ii. Photo ID Proof i.e. copy of Driving License or Passport or Voter ID Card or Ration Card (Self attested) as required.
iii. Address proof (may be required subject to the applicability/ requirement in connection with the Campaign): Driving License / Passport / Voter ID Card /Electricity Bill (shouldn’t be more than 06 months old) (Self attested)

** Documents shall be submitted in the manner and within such time period as provided in the email, which shall be sent to the customer informing about the results. The prizes will be shipped out later within 8 weeks of announcing the winners. Samsung reserves the right to ask for any other information as it deems fit, in relation to giving the Prize.

** The Winners will be solely responsible for expenses related to the acceptance of Prize and Samsung or its associate companies shall not in any manner be liable or responsible for the same. The applicable taxes (if any) will be informed to the Winner through email/DM and he/she shall be required to pay the same in the form of DD in the name of Samsung India Electronics Pvt. Ltd. payable at Gurugram.

Prizes of Post Call Survey Contest

** Here is the list of Prizes:
First prize: Galaxy Watch 6 (LTE, 44 mm)
Second prize: Galaxy Watch 6 (LTE, 40 mm)
Third prize: Galaxy Buds2 Pro

** Prize(s) shall be at the sole discretion of Samsung and shall be on As Is basis and winners will have to bear any and all applicable taxes including but not limited to GST, TDS or any other statutory tax or levy for the time being in force. If the Winner refuses or fails to pay the applicable taxes as requested by Samsung, Samsung shall reserve the right to cancel/ forfeit the Prize.

Terms of Participation for Post Call Survey Contest

** Upon receipt of the documents and after verification of the information provided by the winners, Samsung or its authorized third party agency shall arrange for sending the Prize(s) to the winners in the suitable mode i.e. mail/sms/courier.

** In case of any product, the same will be dispatched to the winner through courier at the address which is mentioned on the address proof submitted by the winner.

** In case the winner requests for a delivery of the prize at a different address, he/she shall be required to bear the cost of the courier or any additional cost as will be informed by Samsung, however, the said different address should be within India only.

** The Prize will be dispatched to the Winners within eight (08) weeks post receiving the required verification documents from them. The Winners shall be sent emails informing them of the dispatch details/ POD number/ Airway Bill Number (AWB) for the courier enabling them to track the status of their Prize.

** In the event the Winner is unreachable, ineligible, fails to submit the relevant documents or submits false/ forged & fabricated documents, or fails to pay the applicable taxes (if any) or fails to claim the Prize within the stipulated time, the Prize shall stand forfeited and no claims shall be entertained either against Samsung or its authorized third party in this regard.

** The Prize(s) cannot be exchanged with any product or item, is non-transferable and cannot be en-cashed under any circumstances.

** The participation in the Campaign is voluntary. Participation in this Campaign constitute acceptance of these terms and conditions. By participating in this Campaign, Participant agrees to receive communication(s) from Samsung and/or its event management company relating to the Campaign and Participant unconditionally agrees not to make any claim or raise any complaint against Samsung and/or its officers, directors, employees, subsidiary or any authorized third party agency in this respect.

** Further, Participant gives Samsung its express consent and the right (in perpetuity) to publish and broadcast anywhere in the world, for editorial, advertising, promotional, marketing and/or other purposes and in any media channel (including but not limited to social media platforms/official website/OOH/POSM/Print Media etc.), Participant’s and/or Winner’s entry/content (in part or full), his/her name, image, likeness and/or photograph (except where prohibited by law) without any further permission or consent or consideration in any form, including but not limited to, royalty.

** Participant agrees that Samsung shall not be liable for any claims, costs, injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with the Campaign or with the acceptance, possession, or use of any Prize (except any liability which may not be excluded under applicable law). The Prize shall be on “AS IS” basis.

** Participants shall not post any profanity or abusive comments on the Samsung’s page. In the event of any such profanity or abusive comments posted on foregoing pages, Samsung reserves its rights, in addition to removing such post, to take a legal action against such Participant and/or user.

** Samsung reserves the right to change, extend, amend and/or withdraw the Campaign or change any of these terms & conditions or replace the Prize(s) anytime at its sole discretion without prior notice.
** Governed by the Laws of India, all disputes shall be subject to exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Delhi, India.
