Tata Soulfull Ragi Bites No Maida Choco Cashback Offer 2024 is organized by Tata Consumer Products Ltd. This cashback offer entitles the Participant cashback on their Online Wallet or Bank Account or UPI, as chosen by them. Any Participant purchasing promotional product i.e. Tata Soulfull Ragi Bites No Maida Choco Rs. 5/- (‘Product’) shall be eligible to receive a Voucher. The Participant shall receive a cashback of an amount equivalent to the value as mentioned in the Voucher. Under the promotion, the participants are eligible to win 5 gm silver coin. Eligibility of Tata Soulfull Ragi Bites No Maida Choco Cashback
1. In order to be eligible to claim the prize, all shortlisted winners will be required to have a valid Address Proof and ID Proof. The address proof submitted by the shortlisted winner should be an existing address in India except Tamil Nadu.
2. TCSPL or its Agency will not be responsible for any NDNC (National Do Not Call) Registry regulation that will come into play. All Participants who participate will agree as per the terms and conditions that even if they are registered under NDNC, DND (Do Not Disturb), TCSPL or its Agency will have all the authority to call such shortlisted winners by virtue of them having voluntarily participated in the Contest.
Prize of Tata Soulfull Ragi Bites No Maida Choco Cashback
1. Participants will be chosen between 00:00:01 AM of the first day of the contest & 23:59:59 PM of the last day of the contest. Participants will be chosen through a computerized, scientific random selection by TCSPL or the Agency appointed by TCSPL.
2. Under the promotion, the participants are eligible to win 5 gm silver coin.
3. The winners will be selected by lucky draw every week, and each shortlisted winner shall be eligible to win gifts, subject to the conditions duly fulfilled by the shortlisted winner.
4. The cost of Procurement and Shipping of all prizes to be borne by Tata Consumer Products Ltd.
How to Participate in the Tata Soulfull Cashback?
1. A maximum of ten cashback Vouchers can be used per person, per mobile number, per email ID. Two per week during the promotion period.
2. To participate in the Contest, customers have to register on www.soulfull.bigcityexperience.com within the contest period.
3. As a first step, Participants are required to scan QR code and register on www.soulfull.bigcityexperience.com with their Name, Mobile number, Email Id and a valid Unique Code printed on the Voucher.
4. Upon successful registration, participants will receive an assured cashback and stand a chance to win a 5-gm silver coin.
5. TCSPL and the Partner Agency shall not be responsible for (including but not limited to):
** For any SPAM generated messages
** For the Operator Code not being displayed on the user’s mobile phones
** For any SMS message delivery failures
** Any lost, late or misdirected computer transmission or network, electronic failures of any kind of any failure to receive entries owing to transmission failures or due to any technical reason
** If the participant has registered himself to the DND of the telecom provider/ the participant has registered with National Do Not Call Registry/ Participant has specifically requested for not receiving messages for the specific campaign

Winner Selection of Tata Soulfull Ragi Bites No Maida Choco Cashback Offer
1. During the Offer Period, winners will be selected for 5 gm Silver for the contest period of 90 days.
2. Weekly Prize : There will be 100 participants who will be selected from select states of Uttar Pradesh, West Bengal, Madhya Pradesh and Bihar only. The Weekly Prize Winners will be eligible to win a 5 gm silver coin. Therefore, there will be 100 winners who will be selected in the contest period of 90 days irrespective of their date & time of participation during the contest period.
Terms & Conditions of Tata Soulfull Cashback Offer
1. This Voucher entitles the Participant to an assured of either Rs. 50/- or Rs.100/- or Rs.200/- Cashback on their Online Wallet Amazon Pay or Bank Account Or UPI.
2. The offer is valid from 01/02/2024 to 07/05/2024 (‘Offer Period’). Entries coming outside the Offer Period will not be considered for winner selection.
3. This Offer is not applicable to consumers at large and this is applicable only to select sub-distributors of TCSPL in the select states of Uttar Pradesh, West Bengal, Madhya Pradesh and Bihar
4. This Voucher has no monetary value, is non-transferable and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer.
5. Any costs associated with availing this Offer, including accessing the promotional website, are the responsibility of each entrant. Also, regular call and message rates will apply as per the consumer telecom operator in their respective circles.
6. This offer is subject to government regulations.
7. The Agency and/or TCSPL will have no legal and financial liability on unclaimed offers, incentives, Vouchers, etc. beyond the Offer Period. 8. To claim the cashback, the Participant will be responsible for correctly entering details such as UPI ID, Account No, Amazon Pay Mobile Nos, etc. The Agency and/or TCSPL will not be responsible for any incorrect entries or details on the promotional website. No change in details will be entertained once you have submitted the booking.
9. In no event shall the maximum liability of the Agency and/or TCSPL exceed the value of the Voucher as the case may be.
10. Under the promotion, the participants are also eligible to win 5 gm silver coin (‘Prize’).
11. Any participant can win the 5 gm silver coin only once during the Offer period from a single mobile number / email id / address.
12. The Winners as per prizes mentioned in Point 11, will be selected by the Organizers using randomizer software irrespective of the time of the entry.
13. Prize will be given subject to the winner satisfying the verification process of TCSPL. To claim their prize, the participant will be required to submit their copy of PAN Card, Aadhar Card, NOC, Address Proof or any other document required by Tata Consumer Products Ltd. Or their agency
14. The Prize cannot be transferred, exchanged, or redeemed for cash. In the event the prize is not accepted in the time and manner stipulated, then the prize will be forfeited by the winner and cash will not be awarded in lieu of the prize. Prizes must be taken as offered and cannot be varied. Any unclaimed prize is not-transferable, non-refundable, and non-redeemable for other goods or services and cannot be taken in exchange for cash.
