What is Beardo Hot Offer Haul Sale?

Hot Offer Haul (“HOH”) Sale 2024 is organized by by Beardo. This Beardo Hot Offer Haul Sale/ Offer is open for all orders placed by authorised and bonafide customers within India and who meet the eligibility criteria as enumerated herein or as may be notified from to time. During the Sale, consumers shall not be allowed to combine 2 or more offers at the time of checkout/payment. No cashback or such other benefits, unless specified otherwise , will accrue from purchases made under this Offer. The Sale will start from 1st May 2024 till 3rd May 2024.

Term & Conditions of Hot Offer Haul Sale

1. Please read these terms and conditions (“T&Cs”) before entering Sale/Promotion Program. You agree that, by participating in this Offer, you will be bound by these T&Cs, and you acknowledge that you satisfy all Offer eligibility requirements as provided herein below.  The Sale will start from 1st May 2024 till 3rd May 2024 from 12:00 AM to 11:59 PM

2. In case of damage, missing & incorrect orders, customers can write to support[AT]beardo.in with pictures of the products & invoice within 7 days from receipt of shipment for quick resolution.
3. Beardo has the right to cancel any order which has more than 4 units added for each product with a specific net quantity.
4. During the Sale, consumers shall not be allowed to combine 2 or more offers at the time of checkout/payment.
5. No cashback or such other benefits, unless specified otherwise , will accrue from purchases made under this Offer.
6. For Cash on Delivery (“COD”) orders, additional cash handling charges are applicable.

7. Beardo shall not entertain any returns on any of its products due to hygiene and health reasons. However, in case of any defective, damaged, or incorrect Products being supplied/provided to the Customer by Beardo, the same has to be raised to the Customer Care of Beardo within 7 days from the date of delivery along with furnishing appropriate proofs and valid invoice.

The decision of refund or replacement shall be at the sole discretion of Beardo and shall be final and binding on the Customers. In case of Products qualifying for replacements, Beardo will not charge for replacements of its products in accordance with the Policy.

In case of claim of unsealed products being received by the Customer, the Customer shall provide requisite proofs including photographs/recording in support of the claim.

8. Zed Lifestyle Private Ltd. (“Beardo”) reserves the right, at any time, without prior notice, without liability, and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all these Offer Terms or to replace, wholly or in part, this Offer by another offer, whether this offer or not.

9. The Customer shall be responsible to acquaint themselves with other applicable policies pertaining to this Offer/Sale/website, in addition to these T&Cs.

10. The Offer/Sale is for a limited time period and on select products on Beardo’s official website only. Beardo shall not be liable for any technical glitches, or such other errors caused on the Website during the Offer/Sale. Beardo may at any time, at its discretion, change these terms and conditions, the Rules and/or the Offer mentioned herein, without prior notice. Customers acknowledge that such change shall be binding upon them.

General Rules & Regulations of Hot Offer Haul Sale

The Offer/Sale Specific Rules and Regulations and General Rules and Regulations (collectively referred to as “Rules and Regulations”) shall be binding on each participant (“Participant(s)”/”You”) in the Sale. The aforesaid Rules and Regulations are set out hereunder as follows:
1. Beardo reserves a right to extend, cancel, discontinue, prematurely withdraw, change, alter or modify this Program or any part thereof including the eligibility criteria, terms and conditions etc. It shall be the sole responsibility of the customers to check the rules and regulations of the Contest/Program on the website of Beardo.

2. This Program cannot be clubbed with any other promotion/offer/discounts which may be applicable on the other products of Beardo.

3. In case the Customer wishes to contact Beardo for any reason whatsoever, the contact should be made by call and with support[AT]beardo.in email id. Any attempt to contact any officer of Beardo or any of its agencies/its personnel would not be entertained and could lead to the claim of the Customer being rejected.

4. Nothing in the Program or in the advertising/promotional material relating to the Program shall be deemed to be a permission to use or claim any right or interest in the respective intellectual property rights of Zed Lifestyle Private Limited.

5. Beardo is in no manner whatsoever responsible and/or shall not be held liable in any manner whatsoever, for any injury, death, mental trauma caused to the viewer/ Customer(s) in any manner whatsoever, in connection to this Offer.

6. Beardo shall in no manner reimburse/incur any cost, expense, losses including but not limited to loss of employment opportunity, loss caused due to absence, etc. arising out of the participation in the Offer, and the customer(s) shall solely bear/incur the same.

7. Customers shall comply with these terms and conditions and waives any right to claim ambiguity in these T&Cs and release, indemnify and hold harmless Beardo and their respective affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and their respective owners, agents, auditors, representatives, officers, directors and employees from and against any injuries, losses, damages, claims, actions, or any liability of any kind relating to, resulting from or arising from this Offer.

8. All decisions made by Beardo shall be final and binding on all the customer(s).
9. Nothing in the Program or in the advertising/promotional material relating to the Program shall be deemed to be a permission to use or claim any right or interest in the respective intellectual property rights of Beardo.
10. By participating it is deemed that the customer(s) have read, understood, accepted, and agree to abide with all the Rules and Regulations of this Offer.
11. The Customer(s) shall also read, understand, accept, and agree to abide with the Rules and Regulations of the website beardo.in.
12. Beardo is not responsible for any errors or omissions in the T&Cs contained herein. The customers acknowledge that all information provided in the Sale is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind.
13. Beardo may at any time, at its discretion, change these terms and conditions, the Rules and/or the Offer mentioned herein, without prior notice. Customers acknowledge that such change shall be binding upon them.

14. The terms of these Rules and Regulations shall be construed in accordance with the laws of India and in case of any dispute or any other matter arising in reference to the Contest shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts in Mumbai, India.
