Eligibility of Mother Dairy Cheese Cashback Offer
** The Promotional Offer is a limited period offer valid only in India subject to availability of the Products. Promotion is open to citizens of India only and persons above 18 years of age.
** This offer is valid on purchase of Mother Dairy Fruit & Vegetable Pvt Ltd. Products is from 25th of December 2023 to 31st of August 2024.
How to Participate in the Mother Dairy Cheese Cashback?
** The participants have the option to withdraw from the Promotional program at any point of time.
** In compliance with lottery law in the state of Tamil Nadu, every customer participating in the promotion will get a fixed and assured Rs. 75/- (Rs. Seventy Five) Cash back upon following the below steps to redeem.
** Voucher code as printed on the voucher can be used only once for getting the OTP. Mother Dairy Cheese shall not be responsible in case of the OTP being misused or failed or lost during transaction. No requests or demands or claims will be entertained.
** This Promotional Offer entitles the customer with cash credited in Paytm wallet/UPI / Amazon-pay linked bank account. The value of cash will be 75/-. The amount will be credited in the respective wallet as per the code received on the voucher. Customers shall be required to read, understand and accept the Cash voucher(s) terms and conditions which may be subject to change at the Partner end.
** The cashback cannot be redeemed or exchanged for another Gift Voucher/Gift Card. Also, it cannot be re-validated after expiry date.
** Maximum 1 voucher per month will be accepted and can be redeemed per person, mobile number, email ID, Paytm/UPI wallet and IP address. This Promotional Offer is not valid for Mother Dairy Cheese and Rewardport promoters, retailers, employee, Distributors or any other channel partner.
** The Cash amount will be credited within 48 hours, but in case of Public holiday and weekend the amount will be credited on the next working day.
** In no event Paytm/UPI/Amazon-pay be liable for any abuse or misuse of the cash due to the negligence of the customer. Knowingly/unknowingly
** The details of Paytm wallet ID and UPI linked back account have to be entered by the customer themselves. If the customer enter incorrect Paytm wallet ID/UPI Linked bank account details, the OTP will be assumed to be used and cannot be revised.
** Once customer selects the choice of receipt of payment i.e. either Paytm/UPI Voucher it cannot be modified.
** If the OTP is lost, misplaced or stolen, a new OTP will not be issued nor will the money be refunded in any manner. Duplicate OTP will not be issued.
** U B, Rewardport or Paytm/UPI/Amazon shall not be liable and responsible for any unauthorized and/or fraudulent purchase/s made using of the Cash reward. The holder of the voucher shall be solely responsible for the safe custody of the OTP, cash reward and the credentials mentioned on it.
** Paytm/UPI/Amazon voucher may change (add to, delete, or amend) its terms from time to time without any prior intimation.
** Each OTP is strictly a one-time usage code.
** By participating in the Promotional Offer, the participant agrees to allow Mother Dairy Cheese / Rewardport to contact the participant for the purpose of this Promotional offer.
** The participating customers may, at the request of U B participate in all promotional activity (such as publicity and photography) surrounding the gratification, free of charge, and they consent to Mother Dairy Fruit & Vegetable Pvt Ltd. For using their name and image in promotional material.
** Such participating customer agree and consents to Mother Dairy Fruit & Vegetable Pvt Ltd to cover the aforesaid Promotional activity through various media including newspapers, radio, television, news channels, internet, Out of Home Media point of sale materials, etc., and shall not raise any objection, protest or demur to such coverage or in this regard.
** The decision of Mother Dairy Cheese or its Partner Agency, as regards to the Promotional Offer shall be final. No correspondence or any other claims whatsoever, in this regard will be entertained.
** No queries, claims, dispute, complaints or grievances pertaining to the Promotional Offer shall be entertained by Mother Dairy Fruit & Vegetable Pvt Ltd and its Partner Agency from the date of the closure of the Promotional Offer.
** The cash back cannot be exchanged, and is not transferable and cannot be converted into cash/discount or equivalent.
** This Promotional Offer shall be subject to Indian Laws and in case of any dispute, the Courts at Mumbai, shall have the exclusive jurisdiction.
** All applicable government levies, including GST, income tax etc. in connection with the grant of the credits will be borne and payable by the Customers (if applicable).
** The Rewards Program must not be treated as a windfall gain/lottery/gambling/illegal game of skills and must not be interpreted accordingly
Redemption Process of Mother Dairy Cheese Cashback
** Please scan the QR code as printed on the pack and you will be taken to a dedicated web site.
** An alphanumerical number is printed below the QR code
** Please enter all the details as mentioned there like Voucher no, Name, Email ID, Mobile Number, Product Purchased, City of Purchase etc.
** After filing all the details please click on the submit button. You will receive a SMS and e mail confirming the receipt of the details.
** Rewardport will send an SMS of the authentication code instantly to the customer on their registered mobile number and e mail id.
** The customer needs to visit the web site again and go to the claim page and enter the OTP and select the mode in which the cash back is required. It would be either Paytm wallet / UPI ID and click on the submit button.
** One customer can claim 1 codes per mobile / Email ID per month. During the course of the offer the customer can claim up to 6 codes In case the details as submitted are more than 1 redemptions in a month, the claim will be not be accepted by the web site rejected and no further claim will be accepted.
** After one redemption of cashback per month. The customer can still qualify for the monthly lucky winner scheme.
** The cash back will be credited to the mode / account as submitted within 48 hours. Along with the cash back a code for the next installment of cash back will be mailed.
** In case the payment details submitted is blocked due to any reason then the amount will not be credited to the customer’s account and no further claim will be considered.
