Cornitos Choose Your Gift Coupons Contest 2024 is organized by Team Promotions Private Limited. This Promotion offer is available for Indian citizens of age 18 years and above only. Scan the QR code given on Cornitos Product Pack. The 8 digit alphanumeric CYG Unique Code will be printed Inside the Cornitos Product Pack. Scanning the QR code will land you on the Reward Redemption Page. Last Date of Contest is 31st August 2024.
Eligibility of Choose Your Gift Coupons
** This limited period offer (“Promotion”) is available for Indian citizens of age 18 years and above only.
** This Promotion is only valid for the Customers (“Customers”) who purchase the 150gms of the Cornitos Cheese & Herbs Flavour or Cornitos Sizzlin Jalapeno Flavour (“Cornitos Product”) from any of the participating outlets (“Stores”) authorized by Greendot Health Foods Private Limited (‘’Company’’) across India from 1st March, 2024 to 31st August, 2024 (“Scheme Period”).
** The Choose Your Gift Unique Code (“CYG Unique Code”) entitles the Customers to either one of the Seven gifts from Rs. 100/- (Rupees One Hundred) to Rs. 500/- (Rupees Five Hundred).
How to Participate in the Choose Your Gift Coupons?
** The Chosen gift against the CYG Unique Code will be provided by Team Promotions Private Limited (“Agency”). The liability for rendering appropriate services in this regard lies with Agency only and the Company owes no responsibility for the quality of services being provided under this Promotion. The Customer shall submit all its claims/queries pertaining to this Promotion to Agency alone and not to the Company.
** The value of each CYG Unique Code is pre-decided and pre-defined by the Company and the Customer does not have any control or say on the value of the Chosen Gift.
** The Customers intending to participate in this Promotion, who have listed their phone numbers on the National Do Not Call Registry (“NDNC Registry”), shall de-register themselves from the NDNC Registry till the completion of the Promotion (including the delivery of Prizes (if applicable) under this Promotion).
** Such persons agree not to make any claim or raise any complaint whatsoever against the Company and/or Agency in this respect.
** Please note that Customers intending to participate in the Promotion who have not de-registered themselves from the NDNC Registry shall also have no right to make any claim or raise any complaints against the Company, Agency or any other agents of the Company if they do or do not receive any call/SMS with respect to their participation and all other matters pertaining to the Promotion.
How to Receive the Chosen Gift?
To receive the Chosen gift the Customer must follow the below written steps:
Step 1: Scan the QR code given on Cornitos Product Pack. The 8 digit alphanumeric CYG Unique Code will be printed Inside the Cornitos Product Pack. Scanning the QR code will land you on the Reward Redemption Page (“Reward web link”).
Step 2: On the Reward web link enter your mobile number. The mobile number will be OTP verified (hereinafter “Registered Mobile Number”). After mobile number verification enter the CYG Unique Code received in the Product Pack on the Reward web link.
Step 3: Thereafter enter name, age, gender, email id (OTP verified) (hereinafter “Registered email id”) and your area pincode in the mentioned fields on the reward web link. Choose the flavor you like the most of Cornitos from the choices given (Cheese & Herb, Sizzling Jalapeno, Tomato Mexicana, Tikka Masala, Peri Peri, Sweet Chili, Sea Salt)
Step 4: Choose any one of the seven gifts mentioned as your Chosen Gift from the drop-down option. Also choose which Cornito Product you purchased from the drop-down option (Cheese & Herbs or Sizzling Jalapeno).
Step 5: Once your details and your Chosen Gift choice is received, you will receive a Thank you message on your registered mail id and your registered mobile no. You will receive your Chosen Gift e-code according to the terms of the offer within 12-24 working hours. One CYG Unique Code can be registered against one registered mobile number every 15 days during the entire scheme period. The value of the Chosen Gift e-code is pre-attached to the CYG Unique Code by the Company and cannot be changed under any circumstances.
Terms and Conditions of Choose Your Gift Coupons
** If the Customer does not fill the required details in the prescribed format they will be considered as invalid entries and will not be entertained and will be disqualified from the Promotion and the Prize will be forfeited.
** Only one of the seven Chosen Gifts will be provided to the Customer against one CYG Unique Code as per the choice of the Customer.
** Last date to register your claim is 31st August, 2024. Any submission after the due date will not be considered valid and will not be entertained. On 31st August 2024 the registrations will be done only till 5 pm only.
** Agency reserves the right to refuse to redeem the CYG Unique Codes if submitted by persons other than to whom they were issued or authorized. The scheme is not valid for the employees, family members of the employees or dealers/distributors/retailers/stores of the Company or Agency, or employees/relatives of the dealers/distributors/retailers/ stores of the Company or Agency, and Agency will not be liable to honor such requests.
** The CYG Unique Codes are non-transferable, non-negotiable and cannot be exchanged with any other gifts. The Company reserves the right to withdraw/suspend/cancel this offer without any prior notice and without assigning any reason thereof. No claims will be entertained by the Company in this regard.
** Stock of the Cornitos Product without the Promotion offer will also be available across India. The offer may not be available on certain Promotion Products in certain pre-determined states of India.
** Certain stock of the Cornitos Products containing the Promotion offer may continue to be available even after the Scheme Period is over. However, the Customers understand and agree that they will not be permitted to participate in the Promotion after the expiry of the Scheme Period and further, agree not to raise any claim or complaint against the Company and/or Agency or their agents in this respect.
** By participating in this Promotion, the Customer accepts and agrees to abide by these terms and conditions of the Promotion.
** Entry and participation in this Promotion will be deemed as an unconditional and an unequivocal acceptance of these terms, including any modifications, revisions and amendments thereto. The decisions of the Company and/or Agency shall be final and binding on the Customers in all matters related to the Promotion.
** By participating in this Promotion, the Customer agrees to receive details and information about this Promotion on his/her mobile, through SMS or voice calls, during the tenure of the Promotion.
** If the Customer is dissatisfied with the Promotion or the Promotion Terms, his/her sole and exclusive remedy is to not participate in the Promotion.
** Subject to arbitration, all disputes arising out of this Promotion shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi only.
