What is India Today Dream Cabinet Contest?

Dream Cabinet Contest 2024 is organized by Aaj Tak & TVTN T.V. Today Network Limited. The Contest is only open to the members who are Indian citizens and residents of India. Participants will predict the candidates for the remaining 11 cabinet positions from a predefined list of candidates or add candidates of their choice. Participants who guess the correct cabinet positions will win the contest.

Eligibility of Dream Cabinet Contest

** The Contest is only open to the members who are Indian citizens and residents of India and are aged 18 years or above and who are physically located and residing in India at the time of entry for the Contest.

** Employees of TVTN, directors and officers, and their immediate families (spouse, parents, children, siblings, and their respective spouses), and their respective household members of TVTN, its affiliates, subsidiaries, and divisions, advertising and promotion agencies, and all others associated with the design, execution, production, development, and promotion of this Contest or are connected to this Contest in any way are not eligible to participate in the Contest.

** The participant(s) undertakes, warrants and guarantees to TVTN that the participant(s) has the full legal capacity to participate in the Contest in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.

How to Participate in the Dream Cabinet Contest?

** PARTICIPATION WILL BE ONLINE, THROUGH WEBSITE
Eligible participant(s) need to follow the rules mentioned hereinbelow:
** Participants shall share the entries for the Contest at “Aaj Tak” (https://www.aajtak.in/elections/lok-sabha-election-2024/dream-cabinet) and “India Today” ( indiatoday.in/elections/lok-sabha-election-2024/dream-cabinet) (“Submission”)
** Participants should submit the correct details in their Submission.
** Participants can only submit a single entry for the Contest.

** Do not call us or mail us to know about the status of your application.

Selection of Winners for Dream Cabinet Contest

** The winners shall be selected based on correct Submissions with respect to allotment of cabinet Ministries among the candidates in the Contest, as decided by TVTN.
** The total number of final winners shall be three (03) or as decided by TVTN, solely at its own discretion.
** TVTN’s selection of the winners will be final and binding on all participants.
** No review or enquiry into the selection process of the winners will be entertained.
** TVTN reserves all rights and discretion for selecting the winners.

Prize of Dream Cabinet Contest

** Each winner will receive a prize as decided by TVTN (“Prize”).
** The Prize will be shared by TVTN to the winners, on their email addresses submitted along with their Submission.
** TVTN shall not be responsible for any loss, harm or injury caused to any of the winner(s) or any person associated with the winner due to use of the prizes so awarded.
** Prize or any benefit(s) arising to the participant(s)/ winner(s) shall be non-transferable to another individual. Prize is not assignable or exchangeable.
** Prize cannot be negotiated or refunded. Only the winner(s), and no other person, may claim the Prize. No cash payment in lieu of the Prize shall be given to the winner(s).
** Prizes are subject to the laws prevailing in the country, including regulations as may be applicable to the winner.
** Prize shall be subject to these Terms & Conditions and compliance with all applicable statutory legislations/ processes /formalities as may be applicable to the specific Prize.
** The Prize may be forfeited, if on examination by TVTN, the winner does not meet the eligibility criteria or does not comply with these Terms & Conditions.
** The final number of participants eligible to qualify for the prize shall be decided by TVTN, at its sole discretion.

Duration of the Dream Cabinet Contest

The Contest is scheduled to start from 04th June, 2024 and will continue for a period of 1(one) week or the day of formation of government after the General Elections, 2024, whichever is later. TVTN may at its sole discretion extend or limit the period of the Contest without any prior intimation.
