What is KITKAT The Ultimate Break Contest?

KITKAT The Ultimate Break Consumer Benefit Program Contest Win X Netflix Merchandise 2024 is organized by Nestlé India Limited. This Program will be open to all the residents of India. During the Program Period Participant stands a chance to win KITKAT X NETFLIX Merchandise on the purchase of KITKAT 38.5g or KITKAT 57g. Maximum 1 prize for a single mobile number.   Last Date of Contest is 30th June 2024.

Eligibility of KITKAT The Ultimate Break Contest

** This Program will be open to all the residents of India excluding the phone numbers belonging to the employees, their immediate family members, agents, distributors, retailers and any other channel partner of Nestlé India and the Agency.

** The Participant shall be above age of 18 years.

** Nestlé India or the Agency will not be responsible for any NDNC (National Do Not Call) Registry regulation that will come into play. All Participants who participate will agree as per the terms and conditions that even if they are registered under NDNC, DND (Do Not Disturb), Nestlé India or the Agency will have all the authority to call such shortlisted winners by virtue of them having voluntarily participated in the Program.

** The Program is valid only in India from 01/06/2024 to 30/06/2024 (both dates inclusive). The Program is valid throughout India (including the State of Tamil Nadu). Packs are available without this offer also. Any entry for the Program before 25th May 2024 and after 1st July 2024 shall not be entertained and will summarily be rejected. Participation is voluntary.

Program Timings of KITKAT The Ultimate Break Contest

** The Participants who register on the promotional website between 12:00:01 AM to 11:59:59 PM (here in after referred as “Program Timings”) during the Program Period are eligible to participate in the Program.
** Time of participation will be defined as the time at which the entry is received through the website mode of participation at Agency’s computer system.
** Entries coming outside the Program Period & Program Timings will not be considered and will be rejected summarily.
** The Program is applicable on specific pack of KITKAT 38.5g and KITKAT 57g only (Program Pack)

Prize of KITKAT The Ultimate Break Contest

** Participants will be eligible for KITKAT x Netflix Merchandise on purchase of KITKAT 38.5g or KITKAT 57g. Winners will be chosen through a computerized, scientific random selection for rest of India participants and for Tamil Nadu, 100 winners will be selected at the end of the program period via third party auditor basis the uniqueness and creativity of the answers submitted by the participants by the Agency appointed by Nestlé India.

** The participants who are selected as winners will be eligible to get one of the three prizes. Prizes will be given basis availability. The winners do not have any choice to select the prize.
** The winners after submitting the necessary details as required by Nestlé or agency, shall receive the prizes through postal mail in approximately 30 days of the end of the program period.
** Prizes may vary from pictures and will be given basis availability.
** NESTLÉ INDIA LTD. or the Partner Agency does not hold any responsibility of the quality of the product delivered. No queries on this will be entertained at any time.

How to Participate in the KITKAT The Ultimate Break?

To participate in the Program, Participants are required to as per below:
** As a first step, Participants are required to scan the QR code on the program pack and visit the promotional website <> during the program period
** ROI Customer – the customer will get the confirmatory message on the website and the entry will get included for the lucky draw
** TN Customers – the user gets a question to answer
** Selected Winners will receive Congratulation SMS with link to fill in KYC details to claim the winning prize.
** Post successful KYC verification, the winner will receive respective rewards

Winner Selection of KITKAT The Ultimate Break Contest

** A draw through random scientific selection will be conducted every day for ROI customers and for Tamil Nadu, 100 winners will be selected at the end of the program period via third party auditor basis the uniqueness and creativity of the answers submitted by the participants

** Prizes will be given subject to the winner satisfying the verification process of NESTLÉ INDIA LTD. or the Partner Agency.

** Participants have a chance to win maximum 1 (one) prize and 1 time only from a single mobile number. Nestlé India Ltd. and Partner Agency shall have a right to ask for the original packs in case of any query raised by the Participants during the Program Period, non – submission of which shall render the Participant as not eligible to participate in the Program.

Contacting Winners:
Once the Winners are selected, the Partner Agency appointed by Nestlé India shall process the confirmatory message with the microsite link to the registered mobile number within 48 working hours excluding public holidays and Saturday & Sundays.

Nestlé India at its discretion may ask the Winners to furnish any or all the following documents:
** Any government id proof (Pan Card, Driving License, Passport etc.)
** Winners will be required to retain and furnish on demand the wrapper of the pack with the lot number code.
** Winners will be required to furnish a proof of ownership of participating mobile number (Mobile bill or a letter from their Network service provider clearly stating the mobile number, their name, address etc.)
** Identification details (Name) on the identification document furnished should match the same on Mobile Bill / Letter furnished by network service provider
** Eligibility will be scrutinized by the Agency, and they will contact the winner once documents furnished are scrutinized and found to be acceptable.
** In case any one of the above documents are not available for any reason, the Nestlé India / Agency reserves the right to take a decision basis the availability of other documents. This decision will be final and binding.
