What is Conde Nast Traveller Readers’ Travel Awards?
The Conde Nast Traveller Readers’ Travel Awards 2024 is organized by Conde Nast (India) Private Limited. Any person resident of India is eligible to vote, however only citizens of India. For online voting, you will need to provide the registration details requested including a valid e-mail address at the time of registration. Winners of the Voter’s Lucky Draw will be contacted by Conde Nast India and will receive their prize voucher by post or email. Last Date of Contest is 15th August, 2024.
Eligibility Criteria for Readers’ Travel Awards
** As mentioned above, participation in this Contest and Awards implies acceptance of all the terms and conditions of the Contest and Awards
** Any person resident of India is eligible to vote, however only citizens of India will be selected as the winner for the said Contest.
** You declare to be at least 18 years or above at the time of participation.
** All employees, affiliates, consultants and other representatives of Conde Nast India (and members of their immediate family) and anyone in the administration of the contest.
** You shall answer minimum (5) questions to be qualified for an entry for the said Contest.
** For online voting, you will need to provide the registration details requested including a valid e-mail address at the time of registration. This will be used to validate your authenticity and enable him/her to login to the above stated Website
** All entry forms online voting shall be retained and shall belong to Conde Nast India exclusively and shall be dealt with in the manner Conde Nast India deems fit and proper.
** Conde Nast India shall not be liable to furnish any copies of entry forms at any time or any other document pursuant to the vote to any person/s or third parties.
** You must ensure that the information provided is authentic and accurate, and shall not contain any unauthorized third-party information.
** You will be disqualified from the Voter’s Lucky Draw if the information provided is inaccurate and incorrect. Conde Nast India is not liable in any manner whatsoever for the failure of Prize notification to winners due to inaccurate and incorrect information.
** If you provide inaccurate and/or incorrect information, you shall be solely responsible for any losses and damages suffered by Conde Nast India and/or any third party.
Voting Methodology for the Readers’ Travel Awards
** You may only cast your vote by voting online at http://www.cntraveller.in/rta (“Website”)
** Voting for the said Awards shall be valid from 12:00 a.m. IST on 15th June 2024 till 11:59 p.m. IST on 15th August, 2024.
** Please note that votes sent in any manner other than the Website as stated hereinabove will not be accepted under any circumstances by Conde Nast India.
** Conde Nast India is committed to operating a fair and consistent voting system. You shall not be entitled to ask for any proof or evidence or challenge Conde Nast India’s voting system in any forum.
** Conde Nast India is unable to confirm the integrity of any other voting method except for the official voting system through its Website.
** Only the entries which are completely and are correctly voted as per these Terms & Conditions will be deemed as eligible. Erroneous, illegible or incomplete entries will not be accepted as valid votes.
** Conde Nast India at all times reserves the right to amend, suspend, withdraw, cancel or re-set your vote for any reason at its sole discretion without the need to notify any participant of the reasons for rejection.
** You shall not be entitled to challenge any amendment, suspension, withdrawal, cancellation, re-set of the votes by Conde Nast India.
** Conde Nast India’s decision in relation to all matters affecting the vote is final, conclusive and binding on all eligible participants and no correspondence whatsoever in that regard shall be entertained.
** Conde Nast India’s decision in relation to all matters affecting the vote cannot be contested and/or challenged in any forum or before any authority whatsoever.
Winners Selection of Readers’ Travel Awards
** Winners in various categories will be announced on cntraveller.in based on number of votes received by 15th August 2024 and in the Jan/Feb/March 2025 issue of Conde Nast Traveller India. The Winner in each category will be based on the number of votes received by it in a particular category.
** The winner/s of the Voter’s Lucky Draw as the case may be must, at the request of Conde Nast India, participate in all promotional activity surrounding the winning of the Prize, free of charge, and they consent to Conde Nast India using their name, image and logos in promotional material.
** Winners of the Voter’s Lucky Draw will be contacted by Conde Nast India and will receive their prize voucher by post or email.
** The prize voucher must be redeemed by the winner personally by producing proper identification and is not transferable.
** Winners must redeem their vouchers on or before the specified period as stated in the voucher.
** Failure to redeem all Prizes within the validity period will result in the Prize getting lapsed.
** All Taxes, charges, levies, fees and other charges in relation to the Prizes, if any, shall be borne by the winners alone and Conde Nast India shall not be liable to pay the same.
** Winners for the Voter’s Lucky Draw will be drawn by computer randomization; however, the said process shall be done solely at the discretion of Conde Nast India and is not open to challenge by any person whomsoever.
** Conde Nast India accepts no responsibility if the Prizes cannot be redeemed by the Winners in the blackout dates (blackout dates refer to certain periods mainly holiday periods, wherein hotels do not allow people to claim prizes/ promotional offers.)
** Winners will have to redeem the Prizes through the Hotels under Clause F below. Conde Nast India is not responsible in any manner whatsoever to redeem the prizes from the Hotels under Clause F on behalf of the Winners.
** Travelling/Airfare costs will be borne solely by the Winners.
** Conde Nast India shall not be liable to issue duplicate gift vouchers in any circumstances whatsoever including loss or mutilation of the gift voucher.
** All Prizes are presented to the Winners strictly on an as is where is basis and Conde Nast India shall not be held responsible in any manner whatsoever and does not indemnify the warranty/usability / suitability and condition of the prizes.
** All prizes are Non-refundable, Non –Transferable and not exchangeable for cash, credit and/or kind.
** Conde Nast India does not warranty and/or guarantee the quality or experience of the prize and no correspondence shall be entertained regarding the same.
** Conde Nast India reserves the right at any time to substitute any of the prizes whether in whole or in part with any other item of similar value without any prior notice whatsoever.
** The actual prizes may vary from the ones shown in the offer communication and Conde Nast India shall not be held responsible for the same in any manner whatsoever.
** The prizes do not include any accessories or items that are shown in any leaflets, posters or other promotional materials.
** Conde Nast India will not provide any certification to Winners once the Prizes are redeemed.
** All Winners shall abide and be bound by any conditions/warranties that may be imposed in respect of the receipt or use of the prizes and shall not hold Conde Nast India responsible for the same.
Prizes of Readers’ Travel Awards
The Prizes shall be subject to the terms and conditions mentioned on the prize voucher as well these Terms and Conditions.
The Prizes for the Voter’s Lucky Draw are:
The Leela Palace Jaipur, Rajasthan: A 3-night stay in the Grand Villa with daily breakfast for 2 persons at Sukh Mahal restaurant including a traditional welcome and the Leela Ceremonial Rituals.
Artyzen Singapore: A 3-night stay with breakfast for 2 persons including a complimentary dinner at Quenino by Victor Liong with wine pairing for 2 persons and a complimentary spa treatment for 2 persons during the stay.
Aalia Jungle Retreat & Spa, Haridwar, Uttarakhand: A 3-night stay with daily breakfast for 2 persons including complimentary spa services for 2 persons, once during the stay.
