What is Britannia T20 Golmaal with Ravi Shastri Contest?
The “Britannia T20 Golmaal with Ravi Shastri” Contest is organized by Britannia Industries Ltd. This Contest will be open to every individuals aged 18 years or above and residing in India. The contest is applicable for all participants who gets the targeted ad with link or URL 5050cricket.in. The avatar will respond to user questions in digital form. User will be allowed to click a picture or record the response and share on their social media. The best conversation selected by Britannia shall be deemed to be the Winner/ Mega Prize Winner. Last Date of Contest is 30th June, 2024.
Eligibility Criteria of T20 Golmaal with Ravi Shastri Contest
a. This Contest will be open to every individuals aged 18 years or above and residing in India.
b. Participant should not be facing any criminal/civil or any other legal proceedings which may prejudice the participation in the Campaign in any way.
c. Employees of Britannia and their relatives, and promotion agencies and their respective relatives their respective agents, distributors, retailers and any other channel partner, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in the Contest
d. Participant agrees to share their phone WhatsApp number to Britannia/ Agency, as applicable for written/ verbal communications from Britannia/ Agency, as applicable with regard to the Contest. Participants who do not have a Social Media account will not be eligible to participate in the Contest.
e. The Winner needs to have a valid passport with validity till at least 1st March 2025, subject to applicable local laws.
f. The participants, upon request from Britannia/ Agency will have to provide their PAN Card and Passport (collectively referred to as ‘ID Proof’). The Winners will be announced post verification of the ID proof.
g. Demanding of ID Proof is a part of the evaluation process and it does not mean that the entry has been finalized or the participant has been selected or that the Prize is guaranteed.
h. Britannia/ Agency reserves the right to exclude any person from participating or winning the Contest on grounds of misconduct, misrepresentation, coercion, fraud, deceit or for any other reasons, as it may deem fit and proper. No communication in this regard from the Participant or his representatives shall be entertained by Britannia/ Agency.
i. It is advised and suggested that the Participants must ensure that they are in good health to take part in this Contest and enjoy the Prize offered if selected as a Winner.
How To Participate in the T20 Golmaal with Ravi Shastri?
i. To participate in the Contest, Participants will be directed to 5050Cricket.in.
ii. Participants shall enter their name, phone number and verify the phone number via OTP.
iii. The Participants shall also agree to terms and conditions to allow using the experience.
iv. After authentication, the Participant will receive a welcome message.
v. Participants shall be asked to pose a question to the avatar in text or voice form. User shall restrict their questions to the cricket game and are advised not to share any sensitive personal information.
vi. The avatar will respond to user questions in digital form. User will be allowed to click a picture or record the response and share on their social media. User’s consent is implied if they choose to engage in this process.
vii. While sharing on social media (Facebook or Instagram) the participant is required to tag “britanniasnackinc”
viii. The best conversation selected by Britannia shall be deemed to be the Winner/ Mega Prize Winner.
ix. The Virtual avatar response will be limited, chosen through scientific selection. Once the maximum number of responses have been generated, then the experience is closed.
x. A Participant is allowed a maximum of three responses during the Activity.
Promotion Period of T20 Golmaal with Ravi Shastri Contest
a. The Contest will be valid from 6th of June 2024 to 30th June 2024 (“Contest Period”). Britannia reserves the right to cancel/amend/extend the Contest Period without giving any notice or intimation.
b. No requests or questions shall be entertained regarding extending or amending the Contest Period in any manner.
c. Entries received outside the Contest Period will not be eligible for the Contest. However, Britannia/ Agency reserves its sole right to accept/ reject entries received outside the Contest period, if any.
Selection Of Winners for T20 Golmaal with Ravi Shastri
i. Selection of winners will be based on the selection committee’s judgement basis the wittiest and funniest conversation recorded between user and Ravi Shastri’s avatar. Britannia/ Agency shall in no case entertain any questions, correspondence, enquiries on the manner of the selection of Winners.
ii. Britannia/ Agency shall, at all times, have the right to exercise its discretion on the selection of Winners, in order to ensure equity and fairness for all Participants, as per the Terms and Conditions.
iii. Participants who are declared Mega winners will not be eligible to win any other rewards again in the duration of the program period. If a participant has secured a Mega Prize Winner status, but does not qualify the eligibility criteria of having a passport valid till at least 1st March 2025, will be disqualified from the contest and will not be eligible to participate again.
iv. In case of disqualifications, Agency will try its best to award the Mega Prize to a Winner. Britannia/Agency will reach out to other Participants in order to identify 2 Mega Prize Winners. Britannia and its Agency may consider having reserve Participants who shall be reached out, in case of disqualification of Mega Prize Winner.
Prize of T20 Golmaal with Ravi Shastri Contest
a. There shall be a total of 100 Winners. Winners shall be eligible to receive Golmaal Cricket Hampers.
b. There shall be a total of 2 Mega Prize Winners. Mega Prize Winners shall be eligible to receive:
i) Economy return tickets between a metro city in India of the agent’s choice and Australia for one individual; and
ii) Hotel stay OR allowance for one individual.
Above may be subject to change at the sole discretion of Britannia in order to maintain equity and fairness of the Contest.
d. Every Mega Prize Winner will be eligible for only 1 Australia Package (Air Ticket and accommodation) as mentioned above. Travel Agency shall be solely responsible for arranging the same.
e. No Winner shall trade/sell/transfer or create a charge or lien on the ticket or seek refund thereof. Britannia/ Agency shall not be held responsible for any such offence/violation
f. The Prize will be provided on an “as-is where-is basis” and without any express or implied warranty or guarantee concerning the quality, suitability or comfort.
g. Britannia /Agency are not responsible for any deficiency and/ or defect in, or relating to, any product/service and/or the Prizes or for any kind of consequential damages/ loss, bodily harm/ injury or death, in any manner whatsoever.
h. The image of the Prize depicted on the ads/posters/pack shots etc. are indicative only and the actual Prizes/ look of the Prize may vary from such pictures.
i. The Prize under this Contest is not transferable, can’t be traded, exchanged, sold, replaced or adjusted with anything including other prizes/ gifts/ benefits in lieu thereof, if any or cash except at the sole discretion of Britannia/ Agency.
j. The Prizes under this Contest are free of cost and the Winners are not required to pay for the same or send any money or share any Bank or Card details with Britannia/ Agency.
K. Britannia/ Agency shall not be responsible for any loss or damage to the Participant if any money is paid, transferred or bank/card related details are shared by the Participant.
