Eligibility of Eva Cashback Offer

** Any consumer/user purchasing a promotional product shall be eligible to receive a Voucher. The customer shall receive a cashback of an amount equivalent to the value mentioned on the website post registration.
** Offer Period – 2nd May 2024 to 30th June 2024

Definitions:
Cashback: Refers to the monetary value credited to the customer’s account based on eligible transactions.
Eligible Transactions: Transactions made using the specified payment method during the offer period. Eligible transactions include:

** Transactions at select merchant outlets.
** This offer is not available to employees of TTK Healthcare Ltd and Premier Sales Promotions Private Limited, its clients or agencies and their immediate families.

Terms and Conditions of Eva Cashback Offer

** The Cashback Offer is valid only for select SKUs who have received communication from the issuer. These Conditions apply to every person (“Participant”) redeeming the offer given by Premier Sales Promotions Pvt Ltd.

** No claim shall lie for any redemption requests made after the expiry of the Offer Period.

** This Offer entitles the Participant to an assured cashback of up to Rs. 500. The value of the cashback won will be mentioned post-registration of the participant’s voucher on the promotional website. It entitles the end user to cashback on their Bank Account Or UPI. The customer will be responsible for their choice of the cashback transfer method. The denomination of the cashback will be mentioned on the website post registration.

** Only one voucher code per booking will be entertained. Multiple vouchers cannot be booked together.
** A maximum of Three (3) vouchers can be used per person, per mobile number, and per account per month up to a maximum of 6 vouchers during the promotion period.
** The usage of this Voucher is incumbent upon the terms & conditions to be followed by the Participant.
** The Participant will be responsible for the choice of the cashback transfer method.

** The Participant will be responsible for entering details such as UPI ID, Account number, etc. Premier Sales Promotions Pvt Ltd. will not be responsible for any incorrect entries or details on the promotion website. No change in details will be entertained once you have submitted the booking.

** All Participants agree that the payment processing partner offering discount vouchers may at any time stipulate additional terms and conditions for redemption of the discount vouchers and such terms and conditions shall be binding on the Participants and shall apply to every redemption of recharge/discount voucher by the Participants.

** The payment processing partner holds the right to refuse transactions deemed fraudulent as per their policies. In the event of any fraud detection, the payment processing partner reserves the right to modify/change, discontinue, terminate, or withdraw the Offer at any time during the Offer Period.

** The Participant acknowledges that relevant state and central taxes may be deducted by the merchant while redeeming the discount offer and therefore, the amount reflected on the website post registration may not be the same as the final redemption value received by the Participant.

** The payment processing partner reserves the right to restrict cashback for any account with suspicious behaviour or invalid details/credentials. The payment processing partner has the right to ask for documents to prove the customer/user’s identity.
** Any costs associated with entering the promotion, including accessing the promotional website, are the responsibility of each Participant. Also, regular call and message rates will apply as per the consumer telecom operator in their respective circles.
** Premier Sales Promotions Pvt Ltd. reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of this scheme, including extending, withdrawing, or discontinuing the same without notice, without assigning any reason, at their sole discretion and without any liability.
** Void transactions (cancelled transactions) are not eligible for cashback.
** Cashback will be credited to eligible customers within 24-48 business hours from the time of registration.

How to Redeem of Cashback Offer?
