What is WSFx Global Pay Student Bonanza Contest?

Student Bonanza Contest – 2024 is organized by WSFx Global Pay Limited (formerly known as Wall Street Finance Ltd). To be eligible to participate in the Contest, participants must be a Wire Transfer / Remittance or a Card (Customer segment Education) customer of WSFx Global Pay. Prizes will be granted to all the participants, who qualify the criteria after random drawing. Participants who win prizes will receive communication from WSFX Global Pay. Last Date of Contest is 15th October 2024.

Participation Rules of Student Bonanza Contest

** To be eligible to participate in the Contest, participants must be a Wire Transfer / Remittance or a Card (Customer segment Education) customer of WSFx Global Pay and must have transacted through WSFx Global between 15th June 2024 to 15th October 2024.

** We shall communicate with the Participants who have qualified to the below mentioned criteria;
a) Participants who have successfully executed the transaction of value $500 (equivalent) or above within the WSFx Global Pay network of branches during the period of 15th June 2024 to 15th October 2024.
b) Participants who hold/possess their invoice for the Forex transfer or submitted it to the team through the WSFx Global Pay App.
c) Participants who have conducted a transaction through any of the following channels: a branch, the WSFx Global Pay App, or wsfx.in.

** The draw for this contest shall take place Weekly, Monthly and the Grand Prize during the period between 15th June 2024 to 15th October 2024.
a) Weekly Draw: The draw will be conducted no later than 10 working days after each week’s closing date.
b) Monthly Draw : The draw will be conducted no later than 10 working days after each month’s closing date.
c) Grand Prize Draw : The draw will be conducted no later than 15 working days after the contest end date.

** Winners will be selected by a random draw from the qualified transaction recorded in our system.
** We reserve the right to disqualify any Participant if we have reasonable grounds to believe the Participant, as entrant to the Contest, has significantly breached any of these Terms.
** There is no fee payable to you in respect of your involvement in the Contest.

Awards of Student Bonanza Contest

** Prizes will be granted to all the participants, who qualify the aforesaid criteria after random drawing. The contest prizes are outlined below.

** Participants who win prizes will receive communication from WSFX Global Pay.
** The prizes will be dispatched to the winner’s registered residential address within India. Alternatively, winners may collect their prizes from the nearest WSFx Global Pay branches.
** WSFx Global Pay retains full authority over the allocation of gifts and the possibility of extending the contest.
** The identification proof of the prize winner will be verified and retained for record-keeping purposes.
** Actual prizes may vary from the prizes depicted in the promotional advertisements.
** The contest prizes are non-transferrable. No cash payment will be made in lieu of the prizes.

Terms and Conditions of Student Bonanza Contest

By entering the Student Bonanza Contest – 2024, the participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“The Terms”).
1. WSFX Global Pay is conducting a campaign for students who are remitting international university fee payments and this Contest organized and operated by WSFX Global Pay.
2. The WSFX Global Pay reserves the right to amend the Contest, or these Terms at any time without prior notice.
3. In the event of any dispute regarding conduct, results and all other matters relating to the Contest, the decision of the WSFX Global Pay will be final and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into.

Intellectual Property Rights :
** For the avoidance of doubt, all rights in the name, logo, and title of the Contest and the format rights for the Contest will vest exclusively and respectively in the WSFx Global Pay for its own use (in its absolute discretion).
** All intellectual property rights, including trademarks, copyrights, and database rights associated with the app, solely belong to WSFx Global Pay.

Liability :
Participants agree that WSFX Global Pay shall not be liable for any claims, costs, injuries, losses or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with the contest or with the acceptance, possession, or use of any prize (except any liability which may not be excluded under applicable law).

Jurisdiction :
The Contest and its Terms will be governed by the laws of India, and the parties irrevocably submit any of their disputes they failed to settle amicably to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai.
