What is Britannia Winkin Cow Cricket Game Contest?

“Winkin Cow Cricket Game” Contest is organized by Britannia Industries Ltd. This Contest will be open to every individual aged 18 years or above and residing in India. The contest is applicable for Britannia Winkin Cow Thick Shake brand of dairy division wherein the participant shall participate by scanning QR code on a pack of Britannia Winkin Cow Thick Shake Cricket Pack in Vanilla, Chocolate & Strawberry flavours only. Last Date of Contest is 30th September, 2024.

Eligibility of Winkin Cow Cricket Game Contest

** This Contest will be open to every individual aged 18 years or above and residing in India.
** Participant should not be facing any criminal/civil or any other legal proceedings which may prejudice the participation in the Campaign in any way.
** The Participant’s communication address shall be within the area of delivery serviceable by popular courier services.
** Employees of Britannia and their relatives, and promotion agencies and their respective relatives their respective agents, distributors, retailers and any other channel partner, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in the Contest.

** Participant agrees to share their phone number, email to Britannia/ Agency, as applicable for written/ verbal communications from Britannia/ Agency, as applicable with regard to the Contest. Participants who do not have a WhatsApp number will not be eligible to participate in the Contest.

** The participants, upon request from Britannia/ Agency will have to provide their PAN Card or Passport or Aadhaar Card or Driving License or Voter Card or Government issued ID card (collectively referred to as ‘ID Proof’). The Winners will be announced post verification of the ID proof.

** Demanding of ID Proof is a part of the evaluation process and it does not mean that the entry has been finalized or the participant has been selected or that the Prize is guaranteed.

** Britannia/ Agency reserves the right to exclude any person from participating or winning the Contest on grounds of misconduct, misrepresentation, coercion, fraud, deceit or for any other reasons, as it may deem fit and proper. No communication in this regard from the Participant or his representatives shall be entertained by Britannia/ Agency.

** The Contest will be valid from 20th June, 2024 on 12.00.01 HRS to 30th September, 2024 on 23.59.00 HRS (“Contest Period”). Britannia reserves the right to cancel/amend/extend the Contest Period without giving any notice or intimation.

How To Participate in the Winkin Cow Cricket Game Contest?

In order to participate in this Contest, Participants have to follow the following steps:-
** Scan the QR code through mobile on a pack of Britannia Winkin Cow Cricket Pack Thick Shake bottles with Vanilla, Chocolate & Strawberry flavours; or
* Log on to cricketwfc [dot] com via mobile only;

** After logging in or scanning the QR Code, the participants will see two options to play the game i.e,
i. Play using Britannia Winkin Cow Thick Shake bottle having Vanilla, Chocolate & Strawberry flavours;
ii. Play using the in-built buttons in the game available at cricketwc.com;

** If the user selects to play with the Winkin Cow Thick Shake bottle; upon selection; he/she should
i. Start by pointing camera at the bottle.
ii. Make sure the front of the bottle is clearly visible and there are no obstructions or light reflections on it.
iii. Once the bottle is detected the bowling starts.
iv. In this game bottle acts as your cricket bat.
v. To hit the ball, you have to swing the bottle.
vi. Swing/hit must be timed carefully as the ball drops on the pitch.

** If the user selects to play with buttons; he or she must click the left/right control buttons to time their hit.
** Participants can submit their runs/scores to enter the contest by providing basic details and stand a chance to win MetaShot Smart bats.
** Participants can play for 5 overs or till 5 wickets fall down once they enter the game. Participant can score 1, 2, 4 or 6 runs per fall. Additionally, if a player hits the Cow’s corner, they earn 8 runs.

Selection Of Winners for Winkin Cow Cricket Game Contest

** Participants with highest run in the game will be selected on weekly basis and winners (max. 6) will be rewarded accordingly.
** The decision of Britannia/ Agency shall be final and binding on the Participant in this matter. Britannia/ Agency shall in no case entertain any questions, correspondence, enquiries on the manner of the selection of Winners.
** Britannia/ Agency shall, at all times, have the right to exercise its discretion on the selection of Winners, in order to ensure equity and fairness for all Participants, as per the Terms and Conditions.

Prize of Winkin Cow Cricket Game Contest

** Top six run scorers Winner shall be eligible for a MetaShot Smart Bat every week.
** Every winner shall be eligible for only one Prize. However, the participant can send multiple entries for the Contest.
** Any costs associated with entering the promotion, including accessing the promotional website, are the responsibility of each Participant. Also, regular call and message rates will apply as per the consumer telecom operator in their respective circles.
** In areas where courier services are not available, the Prize will be sent via Speed Post/Registered AD and all confirmed winners would be required to abide by applicable rules and regulations for the same.
** The Prize will be given to the confirmed winners or the person available at the address provided, in the event the confirmed winner is not available.
** In the event that the Prize is sent by courier, the courier shall ask the confirmed winner or the person available at the address provided to sign the acknowledgement receipt as a proof of receipt of the Prizes, without which the Prizes will not be handed over.
** Britannia/ Agency are not responsible for any deficiency and/ or defect in, or relating to, any product/service and/or the Prizes or for any kind of consequential damages/ loss, bodily harm/ injury or death, in any manner whatsoever.
** The image of the Prize depicted on the ads/posters/pack shots etc. are indicative only and the actual Prizes/ look of the Prize may vary from such pictures.

** The Prize under this Contest is not transferable, can’t be traded, exchanged, sold, replaced or adjusted with anything including other prizes/ gifts/ benefits, if any or cash or other benefits in lieu thereof except at the sole discretion of Britannia/ Agency.

** The Prizes under this Contest are free of cost and the Winners are not required to pay for the same or send any money or share any Bank or Card details with Britannia/ Agency. Britannia/ Agency shall not be responsible for any loss or damage to the Participant if any money is paid, transferred or bank/card related details are shared by the Participant.
