What is Dynapar QPS Meet and Greet Contest?
‘Dynapar QPS Meet and Greet Contest’ is organized by Troikaa Pharmaceuticals Limited. For conveying best wishes to its brand ambassador Neeraj Chopra for his participation in Olympics 2024 to be held at Paris. The contest is open to Indian residents. Participants must follow Dynapar QPS account on Facebook and Instagram. The winners will get an opportunity to attend “Greet and Meet’ session with gold medalist, Neeraj Chopra to be held at Delhi & Mumbai. Last Date of Contest is 15th August, 2024.
Eligibility of Dynapar QPS Meet and Greet Contest
1. The contest is open to Indian residents who are 18 years or older.
2.The contest will begin from 10th July, 2024 and ends on 15th August, 2024. Entries submitted after this Period will not be considered.
3.Top 800 entries will be selected for the contest. The declaration of the winners will done on 22nd August, 2024.
How to Participate in the Meet and Greet Contest?
The sole criteria for participation shall be submitting entries in the manner stipulated below:
** Participants must follow Dynapar QPS account on Facebook (@DynaparQPS and Instagram (@dynaparqpsglobal.
** Participants must like the contest post and tag 3 friends in the comments.
** Participants must upload their user-generated video cheering Neeraj Chopra for Olympics (without mentioning Olympics) in their own creative and unique style, upload it on Instagram and tag @dynaparqpsglobal.
** Participants shall not use any Olympics Properties such as “Paris 2024” or “Olympics Logo” or any other properties that may give an impression of any association or connection with the Olympics Games. Troikaa reserves its right to remove such entries without prior notice.
** Participants may enter the contest multiple times during the Contest Period.
** Duplicate or automated entries will be disqualified.
** The maximum video length will be 10 seconds.
** Entries must have appropriate background, lighting for the 10-second video.
** Entries must not contain any offensive, defamatory, or inappropriate content.
** Entries must be original and not violate any third-party rights, including copyright, trademark, or privacy rights.
Prize of Dynapar QPS Meet and Greet Contest
** The winners will get an opportunity to attend “Greet and Meet’ session with gold medalist, Neeraj Chopra to be held at Delhi & Mumbai.
** The date of Greet and Meet will be intimated to the winners separately.
** Meeting Neeraj Chopra would constitute prize.
** There is no cash alternative and the prize is non-transferable.
Selection of Winners for Meet and Greet Contest
** The top 800 posts with maximum likes, comments and high engagement will win this contest.
** The Winners will be notified via direct message on Instagram.
** The Winners must confirm their presence in the session within 2 days failing which no further requests will be entertained.
** Winners may be required to provide proof of identity, age, and eligibility to participate in the contest.
Other Conditions of Meet and Greet Contest
** All information provided in the Contest is provided “As is” without warranty of any kind.
** Participation in the contest implies that the participants have read and understood the above terms and conditions and have agreed to be bound by the same.
** Mere participation/submitting Entries in the Contest does not entitle the Participants to win the Prize.
** By entering the contest, participants agree to the use of their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
** By entering the contest, participants grant Troikaa a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and display their entry for promotional purposes.
** Troikaa will not be responsible for any costs or expenses associated with travel to and from the event location, including but not limited to airfare, accommodation, meals, and transportation.
** Winners must have valid identification and any other required documents to attend the event. Troikaa will not be liable for any delays, cancellations, or changes to travel plans.
** Troikaa may use the Personal Information collected for the purposes specifically disclosed to the Participants prior to the collection of Personal Information or otherwise with the consent.
** Troikaa reserves the right to modify or cancel the contest at any time without prior notice, at its sole discretion. In the event of cancellation, no participant shall be entitled to any claim or compensation.
** Troikaa reserves the right to disqualify any participant if it has reasonable grounds to believe that the participant has breached any of these Terms and Conditions.
** Troikaa shall not be responsible for any loss of Entries for any reason whatsoever including, due to any technical problems.
** Under no circumstances shall Troikaa and/or their directors, employees, officers, affiliates or subsidiaries, be liable to the participant and/or any third party for any lost opportunity, indirect, special, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages whatsoever.
