Eligibility of Yardley’s Perfume Making Masterclass Contest
1. The contest is open to only residents of the Mumbai region.
2. Employees of Wipro Consumer Care & Lighting group are not eligible to participate or win the contest.
3. The contest will commence on 15th July and will end on 1st August 2024, Friday. All entries must be received by 11:59 PM IST on the closing date.
How to Participate in the Perfume Making Masterclass Contest?
** To enter the contest, participants must purchase goods from the Yardley website Yardley (yardleyoflondon.com) with a minimum retail price (MRP) of ₹799 or more during the contest period. Each eligible purchase will automatically qualify the purchaser for entry into the contest.
Terms & Conditions of Perfume Making Masterclass Contest
** 10 Winners will be selected randomly from all eligible entries received during the contest period. The selection will be conducted by Wipro and the decision will be final and binding. Winners will be notified via email or phone on or before 2nd August 2024.
** The winners will receive an exclusive invitation to attend a perfume-making session hosted by Wipro and each winner may bring one guest. The event will be held at a specified location in the Mumbai region. The exact location and time will be communicated to the winners.
** The invitation is non-transferable, and no cash alternative will be offered.
** Winners must confirm their attendance by 2nd August. Wipro reserves the right to disqualify a winner who fails to confirm their attendance or who does not comply with these terms and conditions.
** By accepting the prize, winners agree to the use of their name, image, and likeness for promotional purposes by Wipro without additional compensation. The event will be amplified by the presence of influencers, and photos/videos from the event may be shared on social media platforms and Yardley’s marketing materials.
** Wipro reserves the right to cancel or amend the contest and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God, or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation, or any other event outside Wipro’s control. Any changes to the contest will be notified to participants as soon as possible by Wipro.
** Wipro accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, injury, or disappointment suffered by any participant entering the contest or as a result of accepting any prize.
** The contest and these terms and conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru.
