What is TANSACS State Level Online Quiz Competition?
TANSACS State Level Online Quiz Competition 2024 is organized by Tamil Nadu State AIDS Control Society, Chennai. Students of Arts & Science, Engineering, Medical, Paramedical, Teachers of Education, Training Institute, Agricultural colleges and Polytechnic colleges etc are members of RRC are eligible for participation. Date of the Competition is 12th August @ International Youth Day -2024. Last Date of Contest is 10th August 2024.

Eligibility of State Level Online Quiz Competition
1. The State Level Online Quiz is open to the Red Ribbon club College students (RRC) from all districts of TamilNadu, the students of current academic year / Enrolled under the Red Ribbon clubs are eligible.
2. The RRC Program officers / DPM and DIS (DAPCU / Non DAPCUs) should facilitate for registration and enlisting for Participations as per the scheduled.
3. Maximum number of Students participations is mandatory and RRC Programme officers and the DAPCUs (DPM/DIS) has to ensure the participation from their respective institutions / Districts.
4. Students of Arts & Science, Engineering, Medical, Paramedical, Teachers of Education, Training Institute, Agricultural colleges and Polytechnic colleges etc are members of RRC are eligible for participation.
5. Students participation is mandatory and the DAPCUs (DPM/DIS) has to ensure the maximum participation from their respective Institutions / Districts in co-ordination with University Co-ordinators / RRC POs.
6. The online Quiz competitions on above mentioned Topics will be in English , organized at the State level by Tamil Nadu State AIDS Control Society,(TANSACS) Chennai.
Terms And Conditions For State Level Online Quiz Competition
** The RRC Student participants should fill the registration particulars from 24th July 2024, 10:00 AM to 10th August 2024, 10:00 PM.
** Registration is MANDATORY through TANSACS website tnsacs.in and the registration details are to be kept confidential by the participant.
** All particulars in the Registration form should be filled without fail.
** Verification of the student details will be done by RRC College Co-ordinators of the concerned colleges through the portal created for the same.
** The Top three winners will be selected at the State level with a 1st Prize – Rs. 20,000/- each, 2nd Prize – 15000/- & 3rd Prize -10000/- cheque will be issued by this office.
** In case of a tie, the duration of the response to answer the Quiz Question and Answering done to weighted questions will be counted for ranking.
** All the participants of the Quiz competition will be awarded participation certificate in electronic form. The Quiz link will be sent to the registered participant’s registered mail ID and phone number one hour prior to the competition.
** The Quiz rrcquiz2024.tnsacs.in will be available in TANSACS website. (tnsacs.in). The participants can login to participate in the quiz on 12th August 2024 only once any time between 11.00 am till 11.45am After 11.45am the link will be disabled.
** Each student can participate only once in the quiz based on their registration and should choose answers for the Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs) within stipulated time duration only.
** The time bound online quiz shall have 50 MCQs questions to be attempted in 20 minutes and the time taken to complete the whole quiz shall be taken for deciding the top winners.
** The Questions will be related to the topics as mentioned above.
** The organizers will not be held responsible for any interruption in the Network connectivity, power failure or other unforeseen adverse conditions that may happen at the registered participant’s end.
** The Program officers of Red Ribbon Club (RRCs) of the College / Institutes and the DAPCUs (DPM/DIS) are requested to kindly ensure the maximum participation of respective institutions.

** The decision of Tamil Nadu State AIDS Control Society, Chennai in designing the quiz format and selecting the winners as per the Web Portal will be the final and no disputes in this regard shall be entertained.
** No influence will be encouraged at any point of time and malpractice in deceiving the system designed for conducting the quiz will WARRANT DISQUALIFICATION.
