What is KBC Mountain Dew Week of Courage Contest?
“Kaun Banega Crorepati KBC 16 – Mountain Dew Week of Courage” Contest is organized by Culver Max Entertainment Private Limited and which is being hosted by Sony Entertainment Television. This Contest is a skill based online quiz contest which will be played by the Participant on WhatsApp mobile application. Eligible Participants can participate in the Contest by scanning the QR code found on the Mountain Dew product packaging offered by the Company. Last Date of Contest is 30th September 2024.
Eligibility Criteria of KBC Mountain Dew Week of Courage Contest
In order to participate in the Contest, all the following conditions need to be fulfilled:
** individuals should have registered and / or participated in the Contest via the WhatsApp only; and
** individuals should be above eighteen (18) years of age as on August 01, 2024;
** individual should be a citizen of India residing in India, except Tamil Nadu;
** individual should be of sound mind and health; and
** such individual agrees to enter into and participate in the Contest in accordance with the Rules and Regulations as defined in this document.
Procedure To Participate in the Mountain Dew Week of Courage Contest
** Eligible Participants can participate in the Contest by scanning the QR code found on the Mountain Dew product packaging offered by the Company.
** The code will direct you to the Company’s WhatsApp chat window of the Contest where you will be prompted to accept the Rules and Regulations and fill the registration details. The Contest will be available for registration for 9 weeks from August 01, 2024, to September 30, 2024.
a) The above-mentioned schedule could be added to, modified or cancelled based on programming/ technical requirements of Broadcaster and/or Company or in the event the Show is for any reason rescheduled, extended, cancelled or terminated early, at the sole discretion of the Broadcaster.
b) The mobile number from which the registration is received will be used to identify the Participant as a unique identification number. We urge Participants to use numbers where they would be clearly identified as the Participant of the Contest. It must be noted that the unique identification number can be used once only.
c) Any entry for participation in the Contest is not transferrable.
d) The Participant may be required to furnish necessary supporting documentation as proof of age, address, name, photo identity and nationality i.e., one original and attested photocopies of either
(i) passport/driving license or
(ii) PAN Card along with birth certificate and ration card or
(iii) voter identity card with birth certificate
(iv) UID/Aadhar Card
(v) Recent copy of the phone bill used to register for the Show (“Personal Details”).
e) The Broadcaster and/or Company has the right at any time to require proof of identity and/or eligibility. The failure to provide proof or affidavit of eligibility, including the proof of name, address and correct date of birth within the time as stipulated in the Rules & Regulations or upon request by the Broadcaster and/or Company may result in disqualification.
f) The Company and/or Broadcaster may, at its discretion, contact the Participant(s), if required, for any clarifications needed for the information provided when contacted by the Company and/or Broadcaster.
g) All personal details and information requested by and supplied to the Broadcaster and/or Company by each Participant must be truthful, accurate and in no way misleading. The Company and/or the Broadcaster reserves the right to disqualify any Participant(s) from the Contest at its sole discretion, should the Participant(s) at any stage supply untruthful, inaccurate or misleading personal details and/or information.
h) The Personal Information being collected hereunder by the Broadcaster and/or Company shall be used solely for the purpose of verification of the Participant and for the purpose of the Contest.
Steps for Registration of Mountain Dew Week of Courage Contest
a) Scan the QR code that is displayed on the Mountain Dew bottles periodically when the CFE lines are open.
b) The scanned QR code will direct the Participant to the WhatsApp chat window, where there will be an auto filled text on the text box as “KBC Promo.”
c) Press submit button
d) Once submitted, Participants will need to click on the link to watch the “Instruction to participate.”
e) Read and accept the Rules and Regulations.
f) Enter the “Promo Code” available on the Montaine Dew bottle.
g) Enter your “Name.”
h) Choose your age in completed years as on August 01, 2024
i) Choose your gender.
j) Choose your area of residence as per the options provided (you should have documented proof for your address).
k) Choose your occupation.
l) Choose your education.
m) Choose your answer option (A/B/C/D) for the general knowledge-based question to complete the registration process.
