“Ujala Happiest Onam” Contest is organized by Jyothy Labs Limited. The contest is valid only in the state of Kerala. This contest is open for adults above 18 years. Customers of Ujala Detergent Powder can participate by scanning a QR Code printed on the specially marked promo packs of Ujala Detergent Powder range of products. Participant can win a Cashback or Smartphone or Gold Coin. Last Date of Contest is 12th October 2024.

Eligibility of Ujala Happiest Onam Contest

** This Contest will be open to customers of Jyothy Labs Limited who are residents of the state of Kerala except for the Agency, employees of Jyothy Labs Limited including their immediate family.
** The winners of the Contest must produce a valid government approved address proof to claim their rewards in the campaign at the time of verification.
** This contest is open for adults above 18 years.
** Jyothy Labs Limited or its Agency will not be responsible for any NDNC (National Do Not Call) Registry regulation that will come into play.

How to Participate in the Ujala Happiest Onam Contest?

i. Any participant can enter once during the day with a particular valid barcode during the Contest Period from a mobile number.
ii. Scan the QR code or visit www.happiestonam.com
iii. Customer will be asked to complete their registration by entering their name, email ID, mobile number followed by a barcode along with the image of the promotional pack purchased by the customer.
iv. Upon completing their registration customer will be asked to choose 3 out of 4 reward options available on the web-chatbot.
v. Once the customer submits their preferred options of the reward, they will receive an acknowledgment message along with an Onam Greeting Card which can be downloaded and shared by the customer to their friends and family.

vi. Jyothy Labs Limited and the Partner Agency shall not be responsible for (including but not limited to):
** For any SPAM generated messages
** For the Operator Code not being displayed on the user’s mobile phones
** For any SMS message delivery failures
** Any lost, late or misdirected computer transmission or network, electronic failures or any kind of any failure to receive entries owing to transmission failures or due to any technical reason
** If the participant has registered himself to the DND of the telecom provider/ the participant has registered with National Do Not Call Registry/
** Participant has specifically requested for not receiving messages for the specific campaign
** Other conditions beyond its reasonable control
** Jyothy Labs Limited or Premier Sales Promotions Pvt Ltd shall not be responsible for any charges, levies, costs incurred by the end consumer to participate in this contest.

** During the Contest Period, winners will be selected for Rs.50 shopping voucher. Therefore, there will be a total of 12589 such prizes which will be declared during the contest period.
** During the Contest Period, winners will be selected for Rs.50 cashback. Therefore, there will be a total of 12589 such prizes which will be declared during the contest period.
** During the Contest Period, winners will be selected for a Smartphone. Therefore, there will be a total of 17 such prizes which will be declared during the contest period.
** During the Contest Period, winners will be selected for a Gold Coin. Therefore, there will be a total of 05 such prizes which will be declared during the contest period.

Winner Selection of Ujala Happiest Onam Contest

** Participant can win a maximum of 1 Flipkart voucher of Rs. 50/- ( Rupees Fifty only) or Cashback of Rs. 50/- ( Rupees Fifty only) or Smartphone or Gold Coin during the Contest Period from a mobile number, email ID, address, or household.
** From the Valid Entries received, the Organizer will select 25200 winners who will win either of the Prizes as specified in cluse V throughout the Promotion Period (“Winners”)
** Winners will be selected by the Organizers using randomizer software irrespective of the time of the entry.
** Prizes will be given subject to the Winner satisfying the verification process of Jyothy Labs Limited.
** The Prize cannot be transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash. In the event that the Winner does not claim the prize in the time and manner stipulated, then the prize will automatically lapse and cash will not be awarded in lieu of the prize.

** Participant of the Contest who wins once during the Contest Period shall not be eligible to win any further prizes.
** The winner generation for Mega Prizes will be done on the basis of Valid Unique mobile number.
