Minute Maid Pulpy Orange Promotion Contest 2024 is organised by Coca-Cola India Private Limited (CCIPL). The Promotion shall be valid for the individuals residing in India. The Promotion is applicable on the purchase of a 1 L pack of Minute Maid® Pulpy Orange brand only. Each Participant also stands a chance to win the Bumper prize only once under the Promotion duration. Last Date of Contest is 31st October 2024.
Eligibility of Minute Maid Pulpy Orange Promotion Contest
i. Subject to the criteria of Promotion Territory, entry and participation in this Promotion is open to individuals who satisfy each of the following criteria (“Eligible Persons”)
** Must have attained 18 (eighteen) years of age.
** own a valid cellular GSM or CDMA phone connection and internet connection that is accessible at all times.
** bear a good moral character and have not been implicated or named in any legal proceedings (either civil or criminal).
** are not management, employees, directors or contractors, or the family of the management, employees, directors, or contractors of CCIPL, their related entities or other agencies, firms or companies associated with or related to the Promotion.
ii. This Promotion will commence at 00:00:01 am Indian Standard Time (“IST”) on 1st August 2024 (“Start Date”) and will continue until 31st October 2024 11:59:59 pm IST (“End Date”) (“Promotion Period”).
How to Participate in the Minute Maid Pulpy Orange Contest?
The Participant can participate subject to the following terms:
** Buy a Minute Maid® Promotion Product.
** Scan the QR code on the Promotion Product to visit the Promotion Website.
** Register with a valid mobile number and accept these Terms and the Promotion Website’s Privacy Policy to Participate in this Promotion.
** Enter the Unique Code from back of the label of the Promotion Product to be eligible to win a Cashback & enter the lucky draw for the Bumper Prize.
** Win a Cashback with each valid Unique Code entered, up to a maximum of 5 Cashbacks per day, and 10 overall during the Promotion Period.
** Winner(s) of Cashback can redeem this using the voucher code(s)
** Redemption link(s) available in the My Winnings section on the Promotion Website. Additional terms and conditions may be applicable and available on redemption platform.
** If you are a Bumper Prize winner, you will be notified instantly on the Promotion Website. Bumper Prize must be claimed by providing additional details (Shipping address, PAN etc.) via a Claim Form. The form & instructions on how to claim will be available on the Promotion Website.
Terms & Conditions of Minute Maid Pulpy Orange Contest
** Participants may participate any number of times for winning the Bumper Prize; however, it is clarified that each Participant shall be eligible to win the Bumper prizes only once under the Promotion Period and shall be able to win the Cashback “Prize(s)” up to a maximum of five (5) times per mobile number per day and overall ten (10) times per mobile number, during the Promotion Period.
** All earned rewards will be visible in the My Winnings section of the Promotion Website for each Participant.
** Participants will also be notified via SMS of the details of the Prize(s) won & instructions on how to redeem their Prize(s).
** Winners of Bumper Prize must claim their Bumper Prize within 72 hours (Claim Window) from declaration on the Promotion Website. If Participant fails to claim their Bumper Prize by submitting valid details as required in the Claim Form, the Bumper Prize will be forfeited post the expiry of the claim window.
** Winners of Cashback must redeem this latest by 31st December 2024 to prevent forfeiture.
** Any forfeiture will be binding and final on the Winner(s).
** Entry by proxy is not permitted. Participants can only enter in their own name. The Participants shall be solely responsible for any local calls / STD charges applicable by their telecom service providers on the Promotion entries.

** The winners of the Prize(s) (each a “Winner”) may access details of their Prize(s) under the My Winnings section of the Promotion Website.
** It is hereby clarified that the Participant may participate in the Promotion multiple times, but he/she shall be eligible to win the Bumper Prize only once, per Mobile number during the Promotion Period and shall be able to win the Cashback “Prize(s)” up to a maximum of five (5) times per mobile number per day and overall ten (10) times per mobile number, during the Promotion Period.
Selection Process of Minute Maid Pulpy Orange Promotion
** The Participants will be eligible to receive the Cashback Prize(s) subject to the Terms detailed herein.
** Bumper Prize Winner(s) will be selected through a computerized random selection from the pool of valid submissions/ entries, and Assured Cashback Winner(s) will be selected basis valid unique code entry, in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.
** The Winners of Bumper Prize(s) shall claim the Prize within 72 hours from date of being declared as a winner and the Cashback Prize(s) Winners shall redeem their Prize(s) latest by 31st December 2024 to avoid forfeiture.
** Assured Prize(s) once awarded cannot be replaced under any circumstances.
** The delivery timelines for the Bumper Prizes under the Promotion may get impacted due to Covid-19 related restrictions imposed by the local authorities and/or any guidelines issued by the Government.
** Once the Bumper Prize is dispatched, CCIPL or Agency (PREMIER SALES PROMOTIONS PVT. LTD) shall not be liable for any in transit theft/damages to the Prize.
** Bumper Prizes once delivered cannot be replaced under any circumstances.
** CCIPL and/or the Agency shall send an SMS or an Email to the Winner to confirm the delivery of the Bumper Prize.
