What is Britannia Bourbon It Contest?
The BourbonIt Bourbon It Contest is organized by Britannia Industries Ltd. This Contest will be open to every individual aged 18 years or above and residing in India. The contest is applicable for select Britannia Bourbon brand of biscuits wherein the participant shall participate by getting a pack of Britannia Bourbon (60g, 100g, 150g, 500g) biscuits. Participants who are selected as Mega Prize Winners shall be eligible to win a trip to Switzerland. Last Date of Contest is 1st November 2024.
Eligibility of Bourbon It Contest
a. This Contest will be open to every individual aged 18 years or above and residing in India.
b. Participant should not be facing any criminal/civil or any other legal proceedings which may prejudice the participation in the Campaign in any way.
c. Employees of Britannia and their relatives, and promotion agencies and their respective relatives their respective agents, distributors, retailers and any other channel partner, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in the Contest.
d. Participant agrees to share their phone WhatsApp number to Britannia/ Agency, as applicable for written/ verbal communications from Britannia/ Agency, as applicable with regard to the Contest. Participants who do not have a WhatsApp number will not be eligible to participate in the Contest.
e. The Winner needs to have a valid passport with at least 8-months validity on the last date of the Contest Period i.e. Oct 31st 2024 subject to applicable local laws.
f. The participants, upon request from Britannia/ Agency will have to provide their PAN Card or Passport or Aadhaar Card or Driving License or Voter Card or Government issued ID card (collectively referred to as ‘ID Proof’). The Winners will be announced post verification of the ID proof.
g. Demanding of ID Proof is a part of the evaluation process and it does not mean that the entry has been finalized or the participant has been selected or that the Prize is guaranteed.
h. Britannia/ Agency reserves the right to exclude any person from participating or winning the Contest on grounds of misconduct, misrepresentation, coercion, fraud, deceit or for any other reasons, as it may deem fit and proper.
i. It is advised and suggested that the Participants must ensure that they are in good health to take part in this Contest and enjoy the Prize offered if selected as a Winner.
How To Participate In The Bourbon It Contest?
In order to participate in this Contest, Participants have to:
** Purchase the Product and scan the QR code on the pack
** Fill basic details like Name, Phone Number etc. and authenticate the entry
** Enter the name of your favourite dish or share the link of your favourite recipe. Participants shall win an assured cash back at this stage.
** AI shall add the magic of Britannia Bourbon to your favourite dish/ recipe and generate ‘Bourbonised’ versions of your favourite dish/ recipe
** Participants shall attempt to create the Bourbonised dish (as generated by AI) and share images of the actual dish.
Selection Of Winners for Bourbon It Contest
a. A panel of chefs shall evaluate the Boubonised dishes submitted by the Participants to select the Mega Prize Winner.
b. The decision of Britannia/ Agency shall be final and binding on the Participant in this matter. Britannia/ Agency shall in no case entertain any questions, correspondence, enquiries on the manner of the selection of Winners.
c. Britannia/ Agency shall, at all times, have the right to exercise its discretion on the selection of Winners, in order to ensure equity and fairness for all Participants, as per the Terms and Conditions.
Prize of Bourbon It Contest
a. All Participants shall receive an assured Amazon Pay voucher of Rs. 10 upon sharing their favourite dish/ recipe.
b. Participants who are selected as Mega Prize Winners shall be eligible to win a trip to Switzerland, subject to the terms mentioned herein. There shall be a total of 5 number of Mega Prize Winners.
c. The Mega Prize includes the following:
i. Economy return tickets between India (Any Location) and Switzerland (“Ticket”).
ii. Hotel stay OR allowance
iii. Local transfer or allowance.
iv. Meal or allowance.
