Eligibility of Anniversary Golden Sale Contest

** The contest is exclusively open to residents of Kerala, India.
** Participants must be 18 years of age or older to enter the lucky draw.
** Employees of Edinora, its affiliates, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
** The lucky draw is valid for purchases made between October 5th, 2024, and October 31st, 2024.
** Entries submitted before or after the contest period will not be considered under any circumstances.

How to Participate in the Anniversary Golden Sale Contest?

Participation Requirements:
** To enter the lucky draw, participants must purchase Edinora products from any authorized retailer in Kerala, from the official website edinora.com, or by calling our customer care at 9645380012 (and place the order during the working hours 9.30AM to 5.30PM from October 5th, 2024, and October 31st, 2024)
** Only one entry is allowed per invoice. Multiple entries using the same invoice number will result in disqualification from the contest.

Entry Submission:
** Participants can submit their entries by filling out the Google form available on www.edinora.com.
** The entry form must include the following details:
** Full Name
** State
** Invoice Number, Invoice Date, and Amount
** Full Address
** A clear image of the original invoice (in JPG/JPEG format)
** Incomplete, illegible, or falsified entries will be automatically deemed invalid and disqualified.

Prize Details of Anniversary Golden Sale Contest

Lucky Draw Details:
** Lucky draws will be held daily starting from October 15th, 2024, with 3 winners selected per day.
** Each draw will be conducted 10 days after the respective entry date. For example, the draw for entries dated October 5th will be held on October 15th at 3:00 PM.
** All draws will be conducted live on Edinora Toothpaste’s official Facebook page for transparency and the winners shall be selected using a random name picker software.
** The decisions made by Edinora regarding the selection of winners and the draw procedure will be final and binding. No disputes or appeals will be entertained.

Winner Announcement:
** Winners will be announced live on Facebook and subsequently posted on Edinora’s Instagram, YouTube, and other official social media platforms.
** Winners will also be contacted directly by our customer care team via the phone number provided during entry submission.

Prize Claim Process:
** To claim the prize, winners must provide a valid government-approved ID (e.g., Aadhar, Passport, Driving License) and address proof to the customer care executive.
** The winner’s details, along with the provided ID information, will be shared with Malabar Gold and Diamonds, our official prize partner, for the distribution of the gold coin.
** A representative from Malabar Gold and Diamonds will contact the winners to arrange prize collection at a convenient location within Kerala.
** Upon delivery, the winner must present the original ID used during the verification process. Failure to present the correct ID will result in forfeiture of the prize.
** The prize must be claimed within 30 days of the winner announcement. Failure to do so will result in automatic forfeiture of the prize.
** During the prize handover, a photo will be taken for documentation purposes. These photos may be used on Edinora’s website and social media channels without prior notice or compensation.

Additional Conditions:
** Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or other products.
** By participating in the lucky draw, participants consent to Edinora and Malabar Gold and Diamonds using their names, photographs, and details for promotional purposes without additional compensation. The winners also agree to provide their ID to Malabar Gold for the purpose of prize delivery
** Edinora and Malabar Gold and Diamonds are not responsible for any expenses, losses, or damages incurred during the prize collection or delivery process.
** Participants found tampering with the entry process or violating these terms will be disqualified immediately.
