What is Kinder Happiness Times Contest?

Kinder Happiness Times Share Your Moment of Happiness Contest 2024 is organized by Ferrero India Pvt. Ltd. Eligible Participants below age of 18 years may participate in the Contest. The Offer is available for participation on purchase of Kinder Joy Promo Pack in India only during the Promo Period. Participants stand a chance to win either Bicycle or Tablet. Last Date of Contest is 1st November 2024.

Eligibility Criteria of Kinder Happiness Times Contest

** Individual consumers residing in India and purchasing the Promo Pack(s) in India, during the Promo Period, other than for trade / business purpose, are eligible to participate in this Offer (Eligible Participants), except the state of Tamil Nadu.
** Eligible Participants below age of 18 years may participate in the Promo only with the consent of and under the supervision of and through their parent / legal guardian.
** Customers purchasing the Promo Pack(s) for further sale, distribution, marketing or for Trade or Business purpose (collectively “Trade / Business Purpose” shall not be eligible for participation in the Offer).
** Companies, Partnership Firms, Proprietary Concerns, HUFs, Association of Persons, Trusts and other entities or organizations are not eligible for participating in the Offer and the Offer is open for individual human beings only.
** The employees of Ferrero, its associate / group companies and their children and other family members, the employees of the agencies associated with Ferrero for the organization of the Offer and their children and other family members are not eligible to participate in the Offer.
** The consumer(s) participating in the Offer is / are referred to as Participant(s).
** The user can participate a maximum of only once from per household, per email id and per mobile number.

How to Participate in the Kinder Happiness Times Contest?

** The consumers are required to purchase Promo Packs during the Promo period, in India (except state of Tamil Nadu).
** Find the Ten-digit Lot No. (including the hyphens) printed on the Kinder Joy pack inside Kinder Happiness Times Promo Pack.

** Keep your Promo Pack ready for participation.
i. Scan the QR code on the top of the pack and land on the promotional microsite.
ii. On the platform, when prompted, you must enter your name, mobile number, email ID, select state and enter the Lot. Number to complete registration.
iii. If you are the winner, you will be contacted via email/call/SMS.

** The Participants are required to retain the empty Promo Pack containing the Lot No. used for participation and hand over the same to the Organizer for claiming the Prize, if required.
** The Company is not obliged to verify or correlate the identity of the participant or winner with the identity of the purchaser and the Company shall not entertain any claims or disputes in this regard.
** The participants are required to keep their Promo packs secret and not to share the same with anyone else.
** Voluntary and Free Participation
** Promo is a voluntary initiative.
** No fees, charges, costs, etc. required to be paid for participating in the Promo apart from purchase of Kinder Happiness Times Promo Pack.
** It is not mandatory to participate in the Promo.
** Kinder Happiness Times Packs are available at same price irrespective of the availability of or participation in the Promo.

Prizes of Kinder Happiness Times Contest

** Participants stand a chance to win either Bicycle or Tablet during the Contest period.

** For states other than Tamil Nadu there will be daily winners for a Bicycle and at the end of the contest 3 mega winners who will stand a chance to win Tablets.
i. A draw through random scientific selection will be conducted daily for selection of the winners from the previous day.
ii. A total of 01 winner daily will be selected wherein winners will be chosen between 12:01:01 AM to 11:59:59 PM (through a scientific randomizer method, during the Promo period described above).
iii. In case there is no entry received for any day, winner for that day will be forfeited.
iv. For states other than Tamil Nadu there will be 03 winners for Tablet
v. A draw through random scientific selection will be conducted daily for selection of the winners from the previous day
vi. A total of 03 winners will be selected wherein winners will be chosen between 1st Oct 2024 12:01:01 AM to 1st Nov 2024 11:59:59 PM (through a scientific randomizer method, during the Promo period described above).

** A maximum of 1 reward per mobile number, per email ID, per address, per household can be won by the participants.
** Any participant that has won a bicycle will not be eligible to win any further prizes.
** Any participant that has won a tablet will not be eligible to win any further prizes.
** For state of Tamil Nadu: The contest is not applicable for the state of Tamil Nadu.
** Entries coming outside the Promo Period defined above will not be considered and will be summarily rejected.
** The winner(s), the number of winners, the quantity, size, type, value and category of the prizes shall be determined by the Company and the Company reserves the right to vary the same to resolve the practical difficulties, if any.
** Prizes are non-transferable and will not be substituted by cash or any other benefit. Unclaimed / un-availed prizes will be forfeited.
** The winner(s) shall bear and pay all applicable, taxes (such as Gift Tax or any other applicable state or central taxes), duties, etc. on or with respect to the prizes.
** The winner(s) are required to provide the empty Promo Pack containing the winning Unique Promo Code, valid address and identity proofs and such other documents as may be required by the Organizer.
