What is Nick Scan to Win Contest?

Nick Scan to Win Contest is organized by Star India Private Limited and is open to Indian children ages between 4 to 14 years. Participants will be required to choose and scan the correct QR code and answer one objective question related to Motu Patlu to enter in this contest. Once they are done filling the Form, they will be redirected to JioCinema to watch Motu Patlu episodes. Last date of contest is 10th January, 2025.

Who Can Enter in the Nick Scan to Win Contest?

Nick Scan to Win Contest is open to all individual participant who shall, as on 16th December, 2024:
(i) Ages between 4 to 14 years
(ii) have a valid proof Indian citizenship,
(iii) be permanent residents of India;
(iv) be viewers of the channel Nick India

How To Enter in the Nick Scan to Win Contest?

To participate in the Contest, the Participant shall be required to do the following:
a. Participants will be required to choose and scan the correct QR code from the two QR codes shown on- air on the Channel during the new episodes of Motu Patlu at 1.30pm to 2pm, every Monday to Friday during the contest duration (“Contest Entry/Contest Submission”). Once the Participant scans a QR code, they will have 2 journey options:

Wrong QR Code:
Wrong QR Code: They will be redirected to a webpage on the NickIndia website at www.nickindia.com that says they scanned the wrong QR code.

Correct QR Code:
They will be redirected to the contest page hosted on the NickIndia website at www.nickindia.com, where they will need to answer one objective question related to Motu Patlu (questions change every day). Before answering the question, the Participant will land on the online form (“Form”). Once they are done filling the Form, they will be redirected to JioCinema to watch Motu Patlu episodes.

b. In the Form, the Participant will be required to (i) provide details such as Participant’s name, contact number, Participant age, email address, and (ii) Read and click on the check-box provided in the Form including all the consents and thereafter click on the ‘SUBMIT’ button or such other button/option provided therein Form will be submitted to the Organizer’s backend

Terms & Conditions of Nick Scan to Win Contest

Each Participant represents and warrants that;
a. his/her participation is voluntary with his/her own free will and consent and is not forced to participate in this Contest;
b. he/she have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
c. that he/she will comply with all the Rules associated with the Contest including but not limited to the Terms & Conditions mentioned herein and on http://www.nickindia.com
d. the Contest Form is and will be in adherence and compliance to all the, rules, terms, policy that have been published, along with any additions, modifications, renewals, revisions to the terms that may come into existence in the future.
e. the Contest Form provided by the Participant shall not defame/offend any person, sect, cast, etc.
f. The Contest Form has been submitted with the unconditional and willful consent of the Legal Guardian who is mentioned in the Contest Form and whose details are provided in the Contest Submission.
g. the Contest Form shall be original and shall not be in breach of any third-party rights including but not limited to any rights in any copyrighted works and underlying works, that it shall in no manner infringe any rights including but not limited to the copyright trademark, privacy, publicity or other personal or proprietary rights of the Organizer and/or any third person/party.
h. that no license fee, royalties, charges, etc. are payable to any person/party/copyright society anywhere in the entire world, in relation to the Contest Form and all rights are cleared.
i. that the Contest Form shall be suitable for presentation in a public forum, in sole determination of the Organizer.
j. Contest Form shall not promote or advertise or tag any product(s), service(s) or brand(s).
k. Contest Form shall not contain content that depicts alcohol or tobacco or drugs or anything illegal. Contest Form shall not in any manner depict or encourage harm or injury to any person, party, animal.
l. The Participant will be solely responsible and liable to ensure that any and all comments, replies, reposts, made to their respective Contest Form by any third Party (except the Organizer), is in compliance and adherence with these Terms and Conditions applicable on the Contest Form

What is the Last Date of Nick Scan to Win Contest?

The Nick Scan to Win Contest shall commence on 16th December, 2024 at 10.00 AM and shall conclude on 10th January, 2025 at 11.59 PM or any other date as decided by the Organizer (Last date).
