Who Can Enter in the Vivo Spin & Win Contest?
** The Spin & Win contest is open to individuals aged 18 years or older who purchase Vivo Phones above 10K (Excluding Series-T) from our authorised Retailers during the contest period.
** Participants must be residents of India.
** Employees of Rongsheng Mobile India Pvt Ltd, its affiliates, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
How To Enter in the Vivo Spin & Win Contest?
To enter in the Vivo Spin & Win Contest, Follow the below steps
Steps:
** You purchase the vivo smartphone in any available variants. (MOP 10k above)
** Introduction of Campaign: Enter the link introduced by the VBA/Retailer
** Landing Page: Once the link opens, the landing page pops up.
** Data Entry: Enter the data as directed (VBA/Retailer will assist)
** IMEI Validation: Once IMEI got verified, Next part will pop up automatically.
** Draw the Spin Wheel machine: “TRY YOUR LUCK” [Each participant is allowed only one spin per purchase].
** Prize Announcement: Your Prize gets confirmed and shown on the screen.
** Let’s Capture the Moment: An option to open the camera is provided to capture this moment.
** Social Sharing: You are encouraged to share the downloaded photo on their social media and tag the vivo India North East (Facebook)/vivo_vba_tl_northeast (Instagram)

Better Luck Next Time:
Participants may land on “Better Luck Next Time,” which does not entitle them to a prize.
Prize Redemption:
** Winners will be notified immediately on-screen and may receive a confirmation via [SMS/email/phone call].
** To claim the prize, winners must provide [proof of identity, purchase invoice, and registration details] within [specific period, e.g., 15 days].
** Unclaimed prizes will be forfeited.
Prize Conditions:
** Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or other benefits.
** Rongsheng Mobile India Pvt Ltd reserves the right to substitute any prize with an item of equal or higher value if the original prize becomes unavailable.
** Except for E-Scooter all other prizes can be collected from the outlet where the purchase has been made within 3 days from the date of purchase
** All E-Scooter winners will have to bear the registration & insurance charges. The scooter can be collected from the outlet where the purchase has been made once the winner completes the registration process through his/her area DTO. TAT for E-Scooter is 15-20 days
** If any E-Scooter winner has already an electric vehicle registered in his name, then they need to register the E-Scooter in one of his family members names, which will be verified by Rongsheng Mobile India Pvt Ltd.

The Vivo Spin & Win Contest is valid from 1st Dec 2024 to 31st Dec 2024 (Last date). Entries outside this period will not be considered.
