What is Hyundai CRETA Electric Progressive India Contest?

The Campaign “Hyundai CRETA Electric Progressive India” is organized by Hyundai Motor India Limited (HMIL). It is an online activity that shall run between 3rd Feb 2025 till 31st March 2025. The Activity is open to Indian Nationals above 18 years of age, residing in India (except in the state of Tamil Nadu). At the end of the Activity, 100 lucky winners will receive gift voucher worth Rs. 5,000 and merchandise.

Eligibility of Hyundai CRETA Electric Progressive India Contest

The Hyundai CRETA Electric Progressive India Contest is open to Indian Nationals above 18 years of age, residing in India (except in the state of Tamil Nadu).

How To Enter in the Hyundai CRETA Electric Progressive India Contest?

** To participate in the Activity, Participants must have a valid phone/Mobile number for log-in purposes.
** To participate in the activity, he/she has to answer all 6 questions.
** Some questions in this contest are variant specific only, said questions or their answers doesn’t represent any feature as the standard fitment in other variants.
** To know more about the features availability in other variants please consult nearest authorised dealer.
** Participants can submit any number of Entries during the Term of the Activity to increase their chance to win the mentioned merchandise.
** However the participant shall be eligible for single price only.

Prizes of Hyundai CRETA Electric Progressive India Contest

** At the end of the Activity, 100 lucky winners will be selected with random selection process and the selected winners will receive the merchandise.
** Also, 10 lucky winners will be selected with random selection process who have bought the Hyundai CRETA Electric after making the enquiry through this activity will receive gift voucher worth Rs. 5,000 and merchandise.
** Participants will also have option to give referral and participants stand a chance to win Referral prize if that referral buys any Hyundai Car after making the enquiry through this activity.
** The selected winners shall claim the prize offered by HMIL within the stipulated timeline as will be communicated to the Winners or as mentioned on the vouchers which will be given after winners announcement.
** The prize will be given to the winner via email or WhatsApp or delivered to their address post confirmation after the winner announcement on Hyundai India Instagram / Facebook channel.
** Upon selection of entries, participants may be asked to provide Govt. id (Pan Card / Aadhar card) to claim the prize.

Terms of Hyundai CRETA Electric Progressive India Contest

** HMIL will not be liable for any late, lost, misdirected, or unsuccessful efforts to notify the Winner or for email failure/postal/courier delay/loss of the prize.
** The Prize(s) are non-transferable and non-refundable and cannot be exchanged/redeemed for cash.
** No cash claim will be made in lieu of the same. HMIL may at its sole discretion substitute or replace the prize with any other equal or similar value (in kind) selected by it without any prior notice.
** Any participants with multiple entries shall be eligible for single winning prize and remaining entries from the said participant shall stand cancelled.
** HMIL provides the prize on an “as is basis” and it is solely the merchant’s responsibility to honor mentioned merchandise or vouchers as the case may be.
** The Terms and Conditions of the Manufacturer/Merchant or Service Provider to redeem the vouchers if applicable are to be abided by the winners.
** HMIL reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any Participant that it determines to be tampering with the process or the operation of this Activity, to be acting in breach or potential breach of these Terms and Conditions.
** HMIL will have no liability, in case someone is not able to participate in the Activity due to whatsoever reasons.
** Apart from entitlement to the above prize, the winners or Participants will have no rights or claims against HMIL.
** HMIL reserves the right to withdraw/terminate the Activity without assigning any reason at any given point of time without any prior notice/ information and alter / change the Terms and Conditions of the Activity, process or means of gratification without any prior notice/information.
