City Trails Obstacle Course Game Contest 2025 is organised by ITC Limited. This activity is valid across all the states of India, except for the state of Tamil Nadu. All eligible individuals, after registering themselves, shall be eligible to participate in an obstacle course game of city trails. The top participant with the highest total score during the contest period will win a travel voucher to America. Last date of contest is 7th March 2025.

Eligibility of City Trails Obstacle Course Game Contest

** City Trails Obstacle Course Game Contest is only open to persons of age 18 (eighteen) years and above, as on 10th December 2024.
** Participation in this activity is purely voluntary. Participation in this activity implies unconditional acceptance of these terms and conditions.
** This activity is valid across all the states of India, except for the state of Tamil Nadu.
** Any missed call or participation received from the residents of state of Tamil Nadu will not be considered.
** Participation in this activity will be treated as voidab-initio wherever such activities are specifically prohibited under local laws.
** Employees of ITC and their family members are not entitled to participate in this activity.

How To Enter in the City Trails Obstacle Course Game Contest?

** The eligible participants who intend to participate in this activity would have to scan the QR code mentioned on the packaging insert or give a missed call on 9619873488 to receive a microsite link via SMS.
** The eligible individuals should then register themselves on www.citytrail.in by entering their name, age, mobile number, state, otp verification and unique code mentioned on the packaging insert, to participate in the contest.
** All eligible individuals, after registering themselves, shall be eligible to participate in an obstacle course game of city trails.
** All valid entires registering with a unique code and participating in the game of city trails shall receive an assured digital cashback via UPI of Rs 10 (indian rupees ten only).
** This assured prize will be informed via sms on the registered mobile number within 24-48 hours of completing the activity. Each registered mobile number is eligible for an assured cashback only once.

Prizes of City Trails Obstacle Course Game Contest

** The winners will be gratified as per below;
** The top participant with the highest total score during the contest period will win a travel voucher to america (“mega prize”).
** During the contest period, every week, the top 250 (two hundred and fifty) participants with the highest total score will win RS 500 (rs five hundred only) cashback (“weekly prize”).
** However, no registered particpant shall win the weekly prize twice during the contest period.
** The weekly winners, over the course of each week, shall be informed of the prizes they have won through sms within 48 hours of weekly completion of the end of the week I.E., by 2nd or 3rd day of the next week.
** The winning participant over the course of the campaign shall be intimated of the mega prize they have won via sms within a weeks time post campaign closure
** The participants shall be judged on the basis of time taken and scores accumulated in the leadership board over the 3 (three) chances of lives given during the course of the activity.
** In case of any tie(s), the participant taking the least time to achieve the same score shall win the tie.
** It is clarified that the accumulated score(s) as displayed in the leadership board till 11:59pm on 28th feburary 2025, will be considered as the final score for the purpose of deciding the mega prize.
** The prize(s) shall be given to the respective winning participants, subject to the winner presenting the original packaging insert, a valid proof of identity, address and age.
** ITC limited shall not be liable for non-receipt of the prize due to incorrect details provided by the winner. No additional claim shall be entertained.

Terms of City Trails Obstacle Course Game Contest

** A damaged or illegible packaging insert shall be rejected.
** There is no warranty or assurance as to the quality of prize(s) won. The prizes in our communication are meant for illustration purpose only, actual prizes may differ.
** The prize won is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash.
** ITC is only responsible for providing the trip voucher. The voucher shall be governed by the terms and conditions mentioned on the voucher, which the winners need to accept and agree before availing such voucher.
** ITC reserves the right to reject the claim if any of the terms or conditions are not met. ITC will not be liable in any manner for any claim arising out of or in respect of this activity.
** ITC unilaterally reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of this activity including extending, withdrawing, or discontinuing the same without notice or assigning any reason, at its sole discretion and without any liability.
** Each participant will be allowed only 1 (one) valid entry.
** All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of kolkata.
** By participating in the activity, the participants consent to collection, storing, processing and use of personal information of the participants by itc and its service providers.
