Schedule:
** Opening Ceremony – 12:00 p.m. on 17th July, 2015
** First Round – 02:00 p.m. (Sharply) on 17th July, 2015
** Prize Distribution – 03:00 p.m. on 19th July, 2015
** Time Control: 60 Min. Without Increment.

** 1st – Rs 3000 – Trophy
** 2nd – Rs 2500 – Trophy
** 3rd – Rs 2000 – Trophy
** 4th – Rs 1500 – Trophy
** 5th – Rs 1000 – Trophy
** 6th – 10th – Rs 600 – Medal Each
** 11th – 20th – Rs 400 – Medal Each

** Under-11, Under-15 & Under-19 (TOP 2 in each category)
** 1st Prize – Rs.300 + Trophy
** 2nd Prize – Rs.200 + Medal

Best Girl Player :
1st Prize – Rs.300 + Trophy
2nd Prize – Rs.200 + Medal

Accommodation:
** Free accommodation will be provided to the actual participants from
** Outside of Bahadurgarh and to one Manager of each team at the Venue.
Note:
** Players are requested to bring their Own Chess Boards, Pieces and Chess Clocks.
Entry Fee : Rs. 300/-

Rules & Regulations :
a) All the participants must bring their own Chess Boards/ Chess Clocks.
b) Age proof certificate is necessary for category prizes.
c) Please note that TEAMS for National Championships would be selected from this Championship
d) Tentatively 7 rounds will be played.
e) In any dispute, Tournament Director’s/ Arbiter’s decision shall be final & binding.
f) Protest, if any, must be lodged with the Tournament Director/ Chief Arbiter in writing with a Non-refundable protest fee of Rs.500/- only.
g) If a player fails to report for the match at schedule time, it will be considered as a walk over. Walkover time will be 30 Min.
h) No entry shall be accepted without age proof.
i) Players of HARYANA STATE only are eligible to participate in this Championship.
j) Entry Fee of Rs.300/- per player will be charged.
k) All entries must be sent through the concerned District Secretaries. Of Affiliated unit of the Haryana Chess Association.
l) However The HCA will have the right to accept or reject any entry without assigning any reason
m) All the players must maintain strict discipline during the course of the Tournament.
