New Year Musical Dhamaka :

New Year Musical Dhamaka (hereinafter referred to as “Challenge”) is conceptualized, organized and conducted by Hungama Digital Media Entertainment Pvt. Ltd.

The Challenge will be available in English, Hindi, Bengali, Tamil, Kannada, Telugu

The Terms and Conditions can be amended or varied from time to time or withdrawn without any notice to You and therefore, please visit the Website periodically to keep Yourself updated and informed.

Eligibility for participation in the Challenge:
All active Subscribers of Idea (prepaid and postpaid) who fulfill the following criteria are eligible to participate in this Challenge:
a. He/she must be of or above 18 years of age;
b. He/she must be a resident of India;
c. He/she must an active Subscriber registered in any of the Circles mentioned below;
d. He/she must not have been convicted and / or prosecuted for commission of any criminal offence;
e. He/she must not be of an unsound mind;
f. He/she must not be under any legal disability e.g. insolvency, restraint by court order etc. or prohibition from entering any contractual relationship.
g. He/she should not have, won any Gratification or, been selected or declared as winner, in any of the challenges organized by Organisers, at any time prior to commencement of this Challenge;

Not Eligible :
This Challenge is not available to the following Subscribers of Idea and they shall not be eligible to participate in this Challenge:
a. The Subscribers, roaming outside their home Circles;
b. The Subscribers being the employees of the Organisers and of their group companies, Affiliate or associate companies. “Affiliate” here shall mean with respect to each of the Organisers, any entity directly or indirectly controlling or controlled by or under direct or indirect common control with such Organiser.

Challenge Period:
The Challenge is open for a limited period from 7th-january-2016, 00:00:01 hours till 21st-Feb-2016, 23:59:59 hours for the active pre-paid as well as post-paid category of the Idea subscribers.

Charging:

The Subscriber for participation in this Challenge shall be charged on pay per use basis price points and their fall back( If user does not have default balance) for Rs45/15 days, (fallbacks – 36/12 Days, 30/10 Days, 21/7 days, 18/6 Days, 12/4 days, 9/3days, 6/2 days, 3/1 day) and on short codes 54455 on IVR and for WAP Rs. 90/30, (fallbacks – Rs.75/25 days, Rs.60/20 days Rs45/15 days, 36/12 Days, 30/10 Days, 21/7 days, 18/6 Days, 12/4 days, 9/3days, 6/2 days, 3/1 days) on WAP respectively.

Challenge on Voice:
a. The Challenge will be available on short codes Cinema Unlimited 54455 on Voice.
b. Subscribers will be informed about the participation charges for the Challenge, gratification and Terms and Conditions URL, when they call the number 54455 to participate in the Challenge. The user will be informed about the charges of the short codes via subscription prompt after welcome prompt as the call matures on short codes.

The challenge consist of two different round:-
Round1:
In this round We have simple music & movie based questions with available four different options. In this round we user has to play 150 questions

e.g:- Who is the director of film PK?
For Rajkumar Hirani Press 1, For Rohit Shetty Press 2, For Sooraj Barjatya Press 3, For Vikram Bhatt Press 4

Round2:
This round we have Songs Mukhda based question where a song Mukhda will be played and user has to tell the next mukhda of respective song.
In round 2 user has to play 100 questions
d. The questions under the Challenge shall be based on information available to the public at large.
e. For every right answer the Subscriber will get 10 point. There is no negative marking for a wrong answer.
f. On dialing the IVR the user will hear trivia /gossips/songs related to music & movies along with the questions.
g. If the Subscriber stops participating in the Challenge after answering the nth question then when he/she calls on the number 54455 again or he/she will be given the (n+1)th question.
