Festive Contest :

The “Alila Festive Contest” [“Contest”] is organized by Alila Hotels and Resorts [“Organizer”]. The Contest will start 21st December 2015 09:00 (GMT +8)and ends 23:59 (GMT +8) on 31st January 2016 [“Contest Period”]

One Winner can only win for One hotel and not accumulate multiple stays

Prize:
During the Contest Period, ONE (1) winner (“Winner”) per hotel will be selected and will receive the following prize
One voucher valid for two nights stay (for two people) at the relevant Alila Hotels property during 2015 (certaindates are blocked off at discretion of resort) (“Prize”)

Note:
One (1) Winner Per Property will be announced after the Contest Period ends on Alila Hotels and Resorts Facebook page, Twitter and Instagram as well as on the relevant Property’s Facebook Page

Eligibility:
The Contest is open to anyone who is at least 18 years old on the date of entry [“Participants”] except for the following
** Permanent and/or temporary staff or employees of Alila Hotels and its immediate family members
** Representatives and/or agents (including advertising & promotion) of AlilaHotels and Resorts

Contest Period:
21st December 2015 – 31st January 2016

To qualify for the Contest, Participants must do the following:
1. Like the Alila Hotels and Resorts Facebook Page and/or Follow the Alila Hotels and Resorts Instagram Page
2. Comment on the post with “My Favourite Person to Spend the Holiday Season with is ____________.”
3. Fill in the blank with an @Mention of the person you have in mind.

This can be done ONCE per Facebook and/or Instagram Page. For example one person can:
** Enter on Alila Hotels and Resorts Facebook page to earn a chance to win the stay at one of the Alila Properties worldwide
** Make an additional Entry on a Property Specific Facebook page to double your chance of winning for that particular property
** Repeat for all properties to increase your chance of winning for each of them
** Do the same on Instagram as well to increase your chance of being picked even higher

How we’ll pick the winners:
** We’ll randomly select a comment using an automated selection tool for each property. Once a comment has been selected, we will cross check that the person has correctly become a Fan and Followed the Facebook page in question. If all the criteria are met, then that will be our winner. We’ll be adding the comments made on Alila Hotels and Resorts page to all individual property pages so those who have entered on both will have an increased chance of winning.
** All entries must be completed before or at 23:59(GMT+8) within the Contest Period on 31st January 2016. Late entries will not be entertained
** Participants may not enter the contest multiple times within the same Facebook Page / Instagram Profile.
** Participants who use multiple accounts to cheat and enter multiple times will be disqualified
** Only Participants that fulfil the ContestMechanism stated above will be eligible to win the Prize. Incomplete entries and/or Participants that had failed to fulfil the contest mechanism will automatically be disqualified from the contest without notice

Terms & Conditions:

** The Organizer reserves its sole right anddiscretion to delete, remove, not consider or reject content that is deemed to be improper or offensive in whatever nature
** The Organizer reserves its rights to publish or display materials or information, including but not limited to the names of all Participants for marketing, advertising and publicity purposes in any manner it deems appropriate
** The Organizer further reserves its right to use any personal data of Participants in any manner and/or for any purpose it deems fit and the Participants are deemed to have consented to such use upon entry of the Contest with no monetary payment in return
** The contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook or Instagram
** By participating in the Contest, it is deemed that the Participants agrees to be bound by the terms and subject to the conditions herein set out upon submission of the entry
** The decisions of the Organizer in relation to every aspect of the Contest including but not limited to the type of Prize and Winner shall be deemed final and conclusive under any circumstance and no complaint from any Participants will be entertained.
** The Selected Winner will be contacted, at any time deemed appropriate by the Organizer, via comment on the contest post and on the Organizer’s Facebook and Instagram account or any other mode of communication deemed appropriate by the Organiser on the 13th of January 2016
** The Winner is bound by the terms and conditions that come with the prize. The acceptance of Prize indicates the acknowledgment and agreement of such terms and conditions. If the Prize is not claimed by The Winner within 14 days after the announcement the Organizer will have the right to cancel the Prize and choose a new Winner who is entitled for the prize
** The Prize is not exchangeable with cash and/or transferable to any third party. Failure to accept the Prize by the Winner when required to do so shall constitute a rejection by the Winner and the Organizer shall reserve its right to award the Prize to another Winner
** The result of the random draw performed on excel is final, conclusive and binding and no further appeal, enquiry and/orcorrespondence will be entertained
** All other expenses associated with the Prize in the Contest such as transportation, airplane ticket, airport tax, travel insurance and baggage allowance shall be solely borne by the Contest Winner
** The Winner and guest are responsible for obtaining all entry, exit, health and other documents of the destination country and are required to have all necessary travel documents (i.e. valid passport, visa) at the time of departure. Alila Hotels will not be responsible for failed/unapproved visa application
** Participants and the Winner shall not hold the Organizer liable for any outcome of the Contest or during the usage of the Prize
