#ChahtoMiTula Contest Terms & Conditions:

1. To participate in the Contest you must be:
An Indian resident,
18 years old or over at the time of entry,

Contest Period: 6th January, 2016 to 15th January, 2016.

2. This Contest is not open to employees (or members of their immediate families) of glamsham.com, Silvostyle or its sister/group companies.
3. Multiple entries are allowed per contestant.
4. Winner for the Contest shall be determined by glamsham.com on the basis of their entries.
5. Winner of contest will be those who fulfill all the criteria.
6. glamsham.com’s decision on selection of the winners of the Contest shall be final and binding. glamsham.com shall not entertain any questions, enquiries with respect to the manner of conduct of the winners’ declaration and the contest itself from any party whatsoever.
7. glamsham.com shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever that may be suffered by contestant, or for any personal injury that may be suffered, as a result of participating in contest or using any gifts.
8. glamsham.com will announce winners on the contest. The Winner need to provide his/her details regarding the prize.
9. In case the prize is unclaimed by the winner within the stipulated period or failure to respond within the stipulated time, glamsham.com may forfeit the prize offered to contestant and prize may be assigned by glamsham.com to the next deserving winner.
10. Prize is not transferable and no substitution or exchange of the Prize shall be allowed. There is no cash substitution, cash redemption or cash value in lieu of the respective prize.
11. If any advertised prize is not available, glamsham.com reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value.
12. glamsham.com reserves the absolute right to disqualify, if it finds that the contestant has used any improper means to participate in the Contest.
13. glamsham.com reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions or terminate this Contest at any time with no prior notice.
14. Decision of glamsham.com on any dispute in relation to the Contest shall be final and binding on all Contestants.
15. Participation in the contest constitutes permission for glamsham.com and its affiliates to use the winner’s name and comments for advertising and promotional purposes in any media worldwide for purposes of advertising and trade without any additional compensation whatsoever to the contestants.
