How To Enter

** This contest begins 12:01 P.M. IST on December 15, 2015, and ends January 30, 2016 11.59 PM IST. Short films must be formatted as an .mp4 or .web m video file, must be 3GB maximum file size, and must have a running time shorter than 20 minutes.

** You can submit as many films as you like but each one would require a separate submission process. Drinkers Book. (“Sponsor”) is not responsible for lost, late, damaged, unplayable, incomplete entries, entries not received for any reason. Entries become sole property of Sponsor and none will be acknowledged or returned.

** By entering, Entrant warrants that his or her entry (1) is original and does not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party, (2) has not been published in any medium or (3) has not won an award. The short film can also be submitted through CD/DVD or Memory Cards through post or by hand to registered address given by sponsor.

Judging:
** All entries will be judged by Drinkers Book editors, who will narrow entries down to the field of finalists by February 7, 2016, and a panel of Drinkers Book-selected judges, who will screen the finalists and vote for the winner by February 10, 2016, based on the following criteria: Appropriateness to Contest Theme (50%); Overall Quality and Appeal of Short Film (25%); and Originality and Creativity (25%).

** Incomplete and/or inaccurate entries and entries not complying with all rules are subject to disqualification. Sponsor and Drinkers Book reserve the right to disqualify an entry for any reason. Decisions of judges are final and binding. We will begin to notify potential winners February 14, 2016.

Eligibility

** Open to All who are 18 years or older at time of entry. Void where prohibited by law. Employees of Sponsor and its promotional partners and their respective parents, affiliates and subsidiaries, participating advertising and promotion agencies (and members of their immediate family and/or those living in the same of household of each such employee) are not eligible.

Prizes Value:
Cash Prize Will Be presented to all levels of winners after the announcement .

1st Prize : 10,000 INR
2nd Prize: 8,000 INR
3rd Prize: 7,000 INR
10 Consolation Prizes

Conditions Of Participation:
No transfer, assignment, redemption for cash, or substitution of a prize permitted, except Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize (or prize component) for an item of equal or greater value at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Nothing in these official contest rules shall obligate Sponsor to publish, broadcast, post, or otherwise use any entry submitted in connection with this Contest. All central, state and local laws and regulations apply.
