Idea Super Challenge Season 10:

The Idea Super Challenge Season 10 is sponsored, organized and administered by One97 Communications Ltd in association with Idea Cellular Limited and the Challenge is open for a limited period from 9th January 2016 till 7th April 2016 for the pre-paid as well as post-paid category of the Subscribers of Idea for the following telecom Circles.

The Challenge will be available in below mentioned regional language on SMS and on IVR:
Hindi/ English/ Punjabi/ Gujarati/ Marathi/ Tamil/ Telugu/ Malayalam/ Kannada/ Bengali/ Assamese and Oriya.

Unconditional Approval/Acceptance:
** The Subscriber is aware that SMS sent by the Subscriber may not be received by Organizer instantly due to various factors outside the control of the Organizer such as Network failure, system failure, etc.
** The time at which the Subscriber sent from his handset will not be considered even if it is earlier. (Example – Subscriber sent answer at 2 pm but it was received by Organizer only at 3 pm. Organizer will consider the time as 3 pm only).
** The Subscriber undertakes not to challenge the selection process of highest scorer(s) in case of tie in the number of points scored, since the time at which the SMS was received by Organizer will be considered for selecting the highest scorer.
** The Subscriber undertakes not to dispute/challenge the delay caused in receiving the SMS by Organizer due to network failure, system failure, etc., which are beyond the control of Organizer or Idea.

Procedure & Eligibility to participate:

This Challenge is valid for all active prepaid and postpaid Subscribers who fulfill the following criteria:
** He/she must be of or above 18 years of age;
** He/she must be a resident of India;
** He/she must not have been either convicted and / or prosecuted for commission of any criminal offence nor be of an unsound mind;
** He/she must belong to any of the Circles mentioned above; and
** He/she must not be under any legal disability e.g. insolvency, restraint by court orders etc. and / or is prohibited from entering any contractual relationship.
** If He/she has received Circle Hub/Circle Zone /Monthly Gratification in any previous challenges of idea organized by One97 then he/she will not be entitled for Circle Hub/Circle Zone/Monthly Gratification in this challenge.

Charging:
To participate in/register for the Challenge, the Participants have to:
** Register/Subscribe for the Challenge: Registration/Subscription/Participation in the Challenge is free and there are no charges for the same, However for using services (SMS and voice calling) the Subscriber/Registered user shall be charged Rs. 2/- per SMS or voice calling while answering the question. Registered participant will be asked maximum of 900 skill/knowledge based questions during total challenge period.

** To participate on Voice, the Idea Subscribers have to call 53111, which will be Toll free. To participate through SMS, Subscribers need to send an SMS CAR to 53111 which will be Toll free. This Challenge will be available only in the above mentioned 22 Circles of Idea. Modes of registration/subscription can be added or suspended (due to unavoidable issues on which Organizer does not have any control) during the duration of challenge.

** The charged amount will not be refunded to Subscribers under any circumstances. In case of a low balance response for any question, charging will stop. Charging will resume when user initiates again by answering a question through any channel i.e. either on SMS or Voice.

Challenge on Voice:
** The Challenge will be available on 53111 which will be Toll free for all the Subscribers of the above mentioned Circles of Idea.
** The participants can press 1 or 2 on the phone keypad to answer the questions of the Challenge.
** For every right answer the participant will get 10 points. There is no negative marking for a wrong answer.
** For every right answer the participant will get 20 point in Happy Hours (as mentioned below). There is no negative marking for a wrong answer.
** The participant will answer the questions one after the other.

Challenge on SMS:
** The Challenge will be available on the Toll free Short code 53111.
** To participate in the Challenge, Subscribers can send the keyword CAR to toll free Short Code 53111.
** Subscribers may participate in the Challenge by sending the keyword PLAY to 53111 as an SMS to receive a question and answer options and then sending a response to 53111 by typing ‘A’ or ‘B’ for every right answer the participant will get 10 point. There is no negative marking for a wrong answer.
** For every right answer the participant will get 20 point in Happy Hours (as mentioned below). There is no negative marking for a wrong answer.
** The participant will answer the questions one after the other.
** The Challenge will be available on SMS on 53111. To participate in the Challenge, Subscribers are required to SMS CAR to 53111 for free.
** For all Subscribers who participate in the Challenge for the first time by sending the keyword CAR as an SMS to 53111, a welcome SMS will be sent to the number of the Subscribers.
